Kiflo pricing starts at $399 a month on the Core plan, which covers 25 active partners and scales with partner count up to a hard cap of 50. Plus and Premier are quote-only and scale to unlimited partners. Paying yearly takes 10% off, so Core costs $4,788 a year billed monthly or $4,309 billed annually. Every plan includes unlimited users, and there is no cancellation fee.
Every figure below was read off Kiflo's own pricing page in September 2026. Kiflo, an independent PRM vendor headquartered in Paris, is one of the few partner relationship management tools that puts a real number on the page, and most review sites repeat the $399. What they usually leave out are the limits that decide whether $399 is actually your price: the 50-partner ceiling, the three partner-manager seats, and the fact that Core payouts are triggered by hand.
How much does Kiflo cost?
| Core | Plus | Premier | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Price | $399/mo for 25 partners | Talk to sales | Talk to sales |
| Active partners | Starts at 25, capped at 50 | Starts at 25, up to unlimited | Starts at 25, up to unlimited |
| Partner managers | Up to 3 | Unlimited | Unlimited |

All three plans share the core of the product: partner applications and onboarding, account mapping with AI overlap detection, co-sell collaboration, lead and deal registration with passwordless forms, referral links, 1,000 GB of asset storage, certifications, co-branded collateral templates, automatic reward calculation, native HubSpot and Salesforce sync, Zapier, Stripe, Chargebee and both a vendor and a partner API. The partner directory builder is an add-on on every plan, and its price is not published.
Monthly or yearly billing and what Kiflo costs over a year
Kiflo sells both monthly and yearly plans and discounts yearly by 10%. On Core at the 25-partner entry point, that works out as follows.
| Core, 25 active partners | Per month | Per year | Per active partner, per month |
|---|---|---|---|
| Billed monthly | $399.00 | $4,788.00 | $15.96 |
| Billed yearly (10% off) | $359.10 | $4,309.20 | $14.36 |
The yearly plan saves $478.80, which is real money for a team this size, but monthly has a genuine advantage here: Kiflo lets you cancel at any time with no cancellation fee and keeps your access until the end of the billing period. If you are not yet sure your program will reach 25 active partners in its first six months, paying monthly while you find out costs you less than $40 a month extra.
Kiflo does not publish the price between 26 and 50 partners. It says only that the price scales with active partners. Ask for the full step table before you sign, because it is the number you will be paying by the end of year one if the program works.
What counts as an active partner, and how to use that
Kiflo bills on active partners, and its definition is generous. An active partner is a partner company with at least one user who has access to the partner portal. Ten people at one reseller still count as one partner. And a partner you have saved in Kiflo but not yet invited to the portal does not count at all.
That gives you a clean budgeting lever. You can load your whole prospect list, map accounts and track conversations for sixty companies while only paying for the 25 you have actually activated. Invite partners to the portal in waves, as they sign, and the bill follows real partners rather than your ambitions. The catch is the ceiling: once you activate partner number 51, Core no longer fits, and the next price is a quote.
The three limits that move you off Core
Most teams that outgrow Kiflo Core do it for one of three reasons, and it is worth checking all three before you pick the plan, because the jump from a published $399 to a quote-only tier is the single biggest pricing risk in Kiflo.
- A fourth partner manager. Core allows three. If your sales team wants channel managers to own partner accounts directly, you will pass three quickly. Kiflo says it can often find a flexible arrangement for one extra manager without a full upgrade, so ask, and get it in writing.
- Payout volume. On Core, Kiflo calculates rewards automatically but a person has to trigger each payout. With ten partners paying monthly that is a short job. With forty, it is an afternoon every month, and automatic payouts start on Plus.
- Channel conflict. Channel conflict detection, partner tier qualification, business plans, the product catalog and automated emails all start on Plus. If two resellers can register the same deal, you want conflict detection before it happens, not after.
If none of the three applies and you expect to stay under 50 activated partners for the next year, Core is a good price for what it includes. Account mapping alone is sold separately by some vendors for more than that.
One smaller point on the manager cap: with only three seats, most small teams end up running partner email out of a shared partners@ address, and pulling every mailbox into one view keeps replies from sitting unread while the one person with the login is out.
How Kiflo pricing compares with other PRM tools
The honest comparison is on published numbers, and few PRM vendors publish any. Here is what each one charges for year one on its entry tier, read off each vendor's own page.
| Tool | Entry price | Year one on entry tier | What the entry tier covers |
|---|---|---|---|
| Kiflo Core | $399/mo, or $359.10/mo yearly | $4,309 to $4,788 | 25 active partners, cap 50, 3 managers, account mapping included |
| ZINFI Starter | $1,450/mo, billed annually | $20,880 with setup | Up to 250 partners, 6 lifecycle apps |
| Magentrix Essential | $1,500/mo, annual | $18,000 | 100 partner users or 10 partner accounts |
| Crossbeam Connector | $4,800/yr | $4,800 | Account mapping and co-sell only, not a PRM, 1 seat |
| Introw | Not published | Quote | HubSpot-native PRM |
| Partnerships | $47, $119 or $269/mo, billed yearly | $564 to $3,228 | AI partner discovery, drafted outreach, program tracking, flat price |
Two things stand out. Kiflo Core is the cheapest full PRM with a published price, by a wide margin: ZINFI and Magentrix both start above $18,000 a year, and our ZINFI pricing and Magentrix pricing breakdowns show where those numbers come from. And Kiflo bundles account mapping into Core, which is the whole product at Crossbeam, where the Connector plan alone is $4,800 a year, as our Crossbeam pricing guide details. If your CRM is HubSpot, compare it with Introw's pricing as well, since the two are the usual HubSpot shortlist.
Is Kiflo worth it?
For a SaaS company with 10 to 50 partners that it already knows, yes. Kiflo deploys in days rather than months, it syncs with HubSpot and Salesforce natively, the pricing is public, and the monthly plan with no cancellation fee means you can test it for a quarter without a contract. Reviewers tend to single out the support and ease of setup, and the feature list on Core is broad for the price.
It is a weaker buy in two situations. The first is a program that will pass 50 activated partners inside a year, because you will then be negotiating a Plus quote from a position of dependency. The second is a program that does not have the partners yet. Kiflo manages partners well from the day they sign. It does not tell you which companies to sign, and a PRM with 25 seats and five partners in it is the most common way small teams overspend on this category.
That second problem is what Partnerships is built for. It researches reseller, referral, integration and co-marketing partner companies, ranks them by a transparent fit score with the reasons shown, drafts the first outreach for a person to approve before it sends, and tracks partner-sourced revenue, on flat pricing of $47, $119 or $269 a month with no charge per partner. Our Kiflo alternative comparison sets the two side by side, and the partner relationship management software cost guide covers the rest of the category.
Does Kiflo offer a free trial?
Kiflo does not advertise a self-serve free trial. It offers a guided proof of concept instead: if you want to validate specific parts of the product, its team walks you through the features that matter to your program. In practice the cheapest real trial is one month on the monthly Core plan, which you can cancel with no fee.
Can you cancel Kiflo at any time?
Yes. Kiflo states you can cancel at any time with no cancellation fee, and you keep access until the end of the billing period you have paid for. On a yearly plan that means the full year, so the 10% discount is only worth taking once you are confident the program will run for twelve months.
How to get the best price from Kiflo
Ask for three things in writing. First, the price at every partner count from 26 to 50 on Core, since the page only shows the 25-partner price. Second, the price of the partner directory builder add-on, which is excluded from every plan. Third, if you need a fourth manager seat, the flexible arrangement Kiflo mentions on its own FAQ, priced, so you are not forced into Plus for one person. With those three numbers you can budget Kiflo for the full year instead of only the first month.
