Allbound alternative: what changed, and what to use instead

First, the thing most comparison pages will not tell you: Allbound no longer exists as its own brand. After merging with Channel Mechanics, the company rebranded as Channelscaler in a change announced on May 30, 2025, and allbound.com now redirects there. If you bookmarked Allbound while shopping for a PRM, you are now shopping for Channelscaler.

Channelscaler is a serious enterprise product. It is built for large, multi-tier indirect channels and covers partner onboarding and training, deal registration and lead distribution, and an unusually deep incentives module with rebates, SPIFFs, and market development funds. If you run a big reseller channel with formal incentive programs, look at it properly. Partnerships is a different shape of tool: an AI BD agent finds partner companies for you, ranked by a transparent fit score with reasons, drafts the outreach a human approves, then onboards and tracks referral and co-sell revenue on flat SaaS pricing.

Channelscaler (formerly Allbound) is strong at enterprise channel programs, especially partner incentives like rebates, SPIFFs, and MDF, and it expects you to already have a channel to run. Partnerships is for teams who still need to find the partners: AI discovers and ranks them, drafts the outreach you approve, and covers the lifecycle on flat pricing you can see before a sales call.

The short answer

What is the best Allbound alternative now that Allbound is Channelscaler?

Allbound stopped existing as a brand: it merged with Channel Mechanics and relaunched as Channelscaler in a change announced on May 30, 2025, and allbound.com still redirects there. Channelscaler has now put a figure on its pricing page for the first time, and it sets the buyer profile clearly: pricing starts at $50,000 per module per year. Its module list says the same thing. Alongside the usual PRM pieces it sells distributor back end credits, sales out and inventory reporting, not-for-resale demo units, and try-and-buy and trade-in programs, which is hardware and distribution channel machinery. If you are a B2B software team that mainly needs to find partners and prove partner-sourced revenue, the closer fit is Partnerships, where an AI BD agent surfaces partner companies by transparent fit score, drafts the outreach you approve, and the price is published at $79 a month flat.

Good questions

Allbound vs Partnerships, answered

Not under that name. Allbound merged with Channel Mechanics and the combined company rebranded as Channelscaler, announced on May 30, 2025. The allbound.com domain redirects to channelscaler.com. Existing Allbound customers were moved to the Channelscaler brand, so if you are evaluating Allbound today you are evaluating Channelscaler.
When you run a large, multi-tier channel and need enterprise incentive programs. Its rebates, SPIFFs, and market development funds are genuinely deeper than ours. Choose Partnerships when the hard part is finding and recruiting the right partners in the first place, and you want flat, published pricing.
Channelscaler publishes a floor rather than a full price list. Its pricing page states that pricing starts at $50,000 per module annually, verified August 24, 2026, and the module price is all-inclusive: implementation, configuration, support and maintenance, feature updates, a dedicated Customer Success Manager, setup, training and onboarding, with no extra charge for additional users, usage or growth. Beyond that floor you still book a demo for a scoped quote. Expect a scoped quote based on your channel size, the modules you need, and how many partner tiers you run, and ask which modules are included rather than priced separately.
It can be, but a lot of what you pay for will sit unused. The platform sells distributor back end credits, sales out and inventory reporting, not-for-resale demo units, and try-and-buy and trade-in programs, which are the mechanics of a hardware or distribution channel. A software company with resellers and referral partners typically needs deal registration, a portal, and revenue attribution, and can get those without the distribution machinery.
They were two separate vendors that merged. Allbound was the PRM known for its partner portal, onboarding, and enablement content. Channel Mechanics specialised in channel program automation: promotions, pricing and quoting, and incentive execution. The combined company took the Channelscaler name in May 2025, and the current platform is the union of both product lines, which is why the module list is unusually long.
