Refund Policy

Subscription fees for Partnerships are not refundable, with three exceptions explained below.

Applies from October 14, 2026

Partnerships is sold to companies running partner, affiliate and referral programs. Because every team can look around the product before paying and can stop renewals at any moment without our help, a fee that has been charged stays charged. This page sets out the few cases where that is not so.

How billing works

Starter, Growth, Scale and Enterprise are subscriptions paid monthly or yearly at a flat price, with no cut of the revenue your partners bring in. A fee pays for workspace access over the billing period: partner discovery, outreach, onboarding, tracking and the limits listed on the pricing page. It is not a payment per partner recruited, per message sent or per deal closed. The workspace is fully available from the first day of the period, so the fee is due whether or not your team uses it.

Commissions you pay to your own partners are a matter between you and them. They are not charges from Partnerships and this policy does not cover them.

Subscribing is a request that we start the service immediately. To the extent a statutory right of withdrawal or a cooling-off period would apply to your purchase, you accept that it ends once we begin providing the service at your request.

Stopping renewals

Each plan renews by itself until it is cancelled. Any workspace owner can cancel from the billing area of the workspace, and nobody needs to contact us to do it. Cancelling ends all future renewals at once and leaves the workspace open until the paid period finishes. It is not a request for money back.

On the renewal date the new period begins, the workspace stays open for that whole period and the fee for it falls due. A card that declines the renewal does not erase the debt: the same invoice is retried over the following days, which is not a second charge. Cancelling after the renewal date switches off the periods that follow but leaves the current invoice in place, and a renewal paid that way is not refunded. The next renewal date is always visible in billing, so cancel before it to avoid another period.

When money does go back

We return a charge only in one of the cases below, only where our records and those of our payment processor support it, and only up to the amount of that charge.

  • Duplicate billing. An error in our billing took payment twice for the same period.
  • An unauthorised charge that is proven. A card was used to pay for a workspace without the cardholder's permission, this is reported to us within 14 days of the charge, and the evidence confirms it. We may ask for confirmation that the card issuer has been told about the misuse. Saying it happened is not, by itself, enough.
  • Complete outage. A fault we confirm on our side kept the whole workspace unusable for a continuous period, you reported it while it was going on, and we could not restore it. Degraded speed, one integration failing, outages of your own CRM, payout or email tools, and issues with your network or devices are not included.

A refund under this section is limited to what was paid for the affected period, goes only to the original card, and is the full extent of our liability for that charge. A refund once does not create a right to another later.

Everything else is final

For clarity, none of these lead to a refund in full or in part:

  • A change of strategy, budget or headcount, or a decision to pause or close your partner program.
  • Low usage, unused seats, or a team that never got round to inviting partners.
  • The number of partners recruited, partner response rates, or the revenue your program produced. Partnerships does not promise results.
  • Partners you found through the product who later turned out not to suit you.
  • A belief that the plan was a one-off purchase. Every plan renews, as the pricing page, checkout, confirmation email and billing area state.
  • A renewal that went through because nobody cancelled in time, or a cancellation made right after a renewal.
  • A renewal collected after earlier failed attempts.
  • Choosing the wrong plan, billing period or number of seats.
  • Expectations about features that are not listed on the pricing page.
  • The unused part of a period after cancelling. We do not pro-rate.
  • Use of the workspace by people you gave access to, including former employees.

Making a request

Send an email to [email protected] from the address of the workspace owner within 14 days of the charge, giving the charge date, the amount and which exception you rely on. We do not consider requests that come later or by another channel. Requests are reviewed in the order received, without a promised response time, and declined requests are not reopened.

Records and disputes

Creating an account means accepting our Terms of Service, of which this policy is part, and our Privacy Policy. Before payment the checkout shows the plan, the price, the billing period and that the plan renews automatically, and the confirmation email and billing area show the same.

For every subscription we keep the purchase time, the plan and price at checkout, the acceptance of the terms, the emails sent to the workspace, and the workspace activity log, including sign-ins, partner records, outreach and tracking events, together with the technical details stored with them. Our payment processor holds its own record of each charge, including where the card was issued, where the payment was made from and the result of bank authentication such as 3D Secure.

Claims are weighed against those records. Filing a chargeback before writing to us is a breach of the Terms. In that case we provide the records to the card issuer and the workspace is closed permanently.

Earlier purchases

Subscriptions bought before October 14, 2026 remain under the refund terms that were in place at the time of purchase.
