GoAffPro vs Refersion pricing and fees (Refersion vs GoAffPro) for ecommerce affiliate programs
GoAffPro and Refersion both track affiliate sales for ecommerce brands, both work on Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce and Magento, and both publish their prices. The difference is how the bill grows. GoAffPro charges a flat monthly fee that stays the same whether your affiliates sell $5,000 or $500,000. Refersion charges a monthly fee plus a percentage of every affiliate-driven sale, 3% on Launch and 2% on Growth.
That one design choice decides most comparisons, so this page does the arithmetic first: both vendors priced at six levels of monthly affiliate sales, from their current pricing pages and Shopify App Store listings. Then it is plain about what Refersion gives you for the percentage, because for some brands it is worth paying.

Choose GoAffPro if you want the lowest fixed cost and you recruit affiliates yourself. Choose Refersion if you want SKU-level tracking, tiered commissions, Trolley payouts and US live chat support, and the 2% to 3% fee is worth it to you. Choose Partnerships if the partners you need are companies, such as complementary brands, agencies and retailers, and the job is finding and recruiting them on a flat published fee.
The short answer
GoAffPro or Refersion, which one should you buy?
Buy GoAffPro if cost decides it: Premium is a flat $49 a month and Business starts at $99, with no share of sales, so it is cheaper than Refersion at every sales level on published prices. Buy Refersion if you want an established US vendor with SKU-level tracking, tiered commissions, Trolley payouts and live chat, and you accept $39 to $199 a month plus 2% to 3% of affiliate-driven sales. At $50,000 a month in affiliate sales the gap is about $1,100 a month.

Why teams pick Partnerships
AI prospecting and drafted outreach, with no marketplace tax
What the two apps cost at six program sizes
Here is the monthly bill before commission, using the cheaper Refersion plan at each level on monthly billing and GoAffPro Premium at $49 (Business from $99 at the top end). At $2,000 of affiliate sales: Refersion Launch $99, GoAffPro $49, or $0 on Hobby. At $5,000: Launch $189 against $49. At $10,000: Launch $339 against $49. At $25,000: Growth $699 against $49 to $99. At $50,000: Growth $1,199 against the $99 Business floor. At $100,000: Growth $2,199 against $99. Inside Refersion, Growth becomes cheaper than Launch at $16,000 a month of affiliate sales on monthly billing, because the one-point lower fee pays for the $160 higher plan. On annual billing ($29 against $159 a month) the crossover drops to $13,000. Above $1 million a year in GMV, Refersion points you to Scale, a flat subscription priced on a call. That is the plan to ask about if your affiliate sales are large, since a flat Refersion quote could close most of the gap shown here.
Where Refersion earns its percentage
Refersion is the better buy when tracking accuracy and payout operations matter more than the fee. Growth adds SKU-level and email-level tracking, flat-rate and tiered commissions, 30+ integrations and live chat support. Payouts run through PayPal, manual payments, gift cards and Trolley, which handles tax forms and international payments for a large affiliate base. Refersion has been in the market since 2013, is owned by the ecommerce software company Pantastic, and holds a 4.8 rating from 494 reviews on the Shopify App Store. The free Marketplace listing also lets affiliates browse and apply to your offer, which helps when you need more creators than you can find yourself. If your finance team wants a US vendor with clean payout records, that is a reasonable thing to pay for.
Where GoAffPro is the stronger buy
GoAffPro wins on cost by a wide margin. Premium at $49 includes multi-level marketing, a branded portal on your own domain, bulk email, a payout scheduler and a tax plugin, and no plan takes a percentage. It lists more storefronts than Refersion, including Wix, PrestaShop, Ecwid, Squarespace and Webflow, and it carries 953 reviews on the Shopify App Store at 4.6. The trade is service and certainty. Business is quoted by email above its $99 floor, so get your number in writing. GoAffPro is a tracking and payout tool and will not recruit for you, and the company is operated from India, so ask about support hours in US time zones before a big launch or a migration.
What neither app does, and when that is the real problem
Both apps assume your partners are individuals who share a link or a code: creators, loyal customers and content sites. For most direct-to-consumer brands that is the right model, and one of these two is a sound tool for it. Neither finds the partners that are companies. A complementary brand to bundle with, an agency that builds stores for your buyers, a retailer or distributor that could carry your line: none of them applies through an affiliate signup page. Partnerships researches the companies that already reach your customers, ranks them by a fit score with the reasons shown, drafts the first outreach for a person to approve, and tracks the revenue each partner brings. It costs a flat $47, $119 or $269 a month billed yearly with no share of partner revenue, and brands often run it next to an affiliate app rather than instead of one.
