Partnerships

Compare · Crossbeam

A Crossbeam alternative that runs the whole partnership, not just the map

Crossbeam is excellent at account mapping and partner data overlap. It helps teams securely compare customer and prospect lists with partners to find shared accounts and warm co-sell opportunities, and it has become a standard for ecosystem-led growth and partner intelligence.

Partnerships covers the full lifecycle around that intelligence. Our AI BD agent discovers ideal partners ranked by a transparent fit score, drafts outreach you approve, onboards them, and tracks referral and co-sell revenue, all in one place. You still get co-sell visibility, but you also get the prospecting, outreach, and tracking that turn an overlap into closed revenue, on flat SaaS pricing with no cut of partner revenue.

Crossbeam is best in class for account mapping and partner data overlap. Partnerships keeps co-sell visibility but extends it into a full lifecycle, discovering partners, drafting outreach you approve, onboarding, and tracking revenue.

The short answer

What is the best Crossbeam alternative?

Crossbeam is the standard for account mapping: it securely compares customer and prospect lists with connected partners to reveal overlap and co-sell opportunities, and it absorbed Reveal after the two merged in June 2024. The strongest alternative for a team that needs the full lifecycle around that intelligence is Partnerships: AI discovers net-new partners ranked by a transparent fit score, drafts the outreach a human approves, onboards them, and tracks referral and co-sell revenue on flat pricing with no cut of partner revenue.

Verified figures

Crossbeam pricing and plans, checked August 2026

Taken from Crossbeam's own pricing page and its published FAQ. Crossbeam is one of the few vendors in this category that still posts a rate, which makes it easy to compare honestly.

Crossbeam figures are from crossbeam.com in August 2026. The detail most buyers miss is the sales seat line: Crossbeam states that sales seats are only available on Supernode and Enterprise, so putting the mapping data in front of your actual sellers requires the quote-only tier regardless of what Connector costs.

Why teams pick Partnerships

AI prospecting and drafted outreach, with no marketplace tax

Mapping is the start, not the finish

Knowing which accounts overlap is valuable. We add the steps that follow: find net-new partners, reach out, onboard, and track the revenue that results.

AI finds partners you have no data on yet

Account mapping needs an existing connection. Our AI discovers and ranks ideal partners you are not yet linked to, so your ecosystem keeps growing.

One pipeline for referral and co-sell

Referral and co-sell revenue live in the same tracked pipeline, so you can report on the full partnership impact without stitching tools together.

Good questions

Crossbeam vs Partnerships, answered

Partnerships tracks co-sell opportunities and revenue alongside referrals. If account mapping is your only need, Crossbeam is purpose-built for it; if you want the full lifecycle around co-sell, Partnerships covers it end to end.
AI discovery of new partners, drafted outreach you approve, onboarding, and revenue tracking, so an overlap or a fit score becomes an onboarded, revenue-generating partner.
Crossbeam and Reveal merged in June 2024, and Reveal has since been retired: its customers were migrated onto the unified Crossbeam platform. If you are comparing Crossbeam and Reveal today, they are effectively one product. This page compares Partnerships with that combined Crossbeam.
It no longer compares, because they are the same company. Reveal and Crossbeam merged in an all-stock deal announced in June 2024, and by the one-year mark the Reveal platform had been decommissioned with paying customers migrated to Crossbeam. Reveal.co is offline. Any article still weighing the two against each other predates the merger, so treat every Reveal capability as a Crossbeam capability today.
Reveal was effective at exactly that, which is why Crossbeam acquired it, but you cannot buy it any more. The merged network covers more than 25,000 companies, so the shared-customer and shared-prospect overlap you would have got from Reveal is now found inside Crossbeam, usually with better coverage because the two networks were combined rather than run in parallel. If you were a Reveal user, the migration path was to Crossbeam.
Two things. First, whether the Crossbeam tier you were migrated onto still gives your sellers access, because Crossbeam sells sales seats only on its Supernode and Enterprise plans at $40 per user per month. Second, whether mapping alone is what you needed. A forced migration is a good moment to ask whether the gap was overlap data or the work after it: recruiting partners you have no connection with yet, and getting outreach out the door.
Crossbeam publishes its entry pricing, which is rare in this category. There is a Free plan at $0 forever with up to 3 Full Access seats, a Connector plan at $4,800 a year that includes exactly 1 Full Access seat with additional seats at $1,800 per user per year, then Supernode and Enterprise on quote. Connector is contracted annually and paying monthly adds a 10% surcharge. Partner connections are unlimited on every plan.
It depends which job you are replacing. For pure account mapping there is no like-for-like replacement left at Crossbeam's network size, since Reveal was absorbed into it. For partner ecosystem intelligence with a co-sell workflow, PartnerTap is the closest direct comparison. For teams whose real blocker is having too few partners to map against, Partnerships is the different answer: AI finds and ranks partner companies you have no connection with, drafts the outreach, and tracks the revenue on flat published pricing.
