Post Affiliate Pro alternative and Post Affiliate Pro competitors priced at your traffic
Post Affiliate Pro is one of the oldest affiliate tracking products still sold, built by Quality Unit in Bratislava since 2004. It publishes every price, includes unlimited affiliates on every plan, and ships with a long list of integrations. What it charges for is traffic. Each plan includes a number of tracking requests a month, and a tracking request is any banner impression, click, sale or action your program sends to its servers.
That meter is the reason most buyers go looking for an alternative. A program with modest click volume and no banners sits on Starter at $89 a month for years. A program whose affiliates run display banners on busy sites can pass the 10,000 Starter allowance in a day, and then pays $5 for every further 10,000. Nothing stops working when you go over, so the first warning is usually the invoice. The other common reasons are the interface, which reviewers regularly call dated, and a setup curve that is steeper than the newer SaaS tools.
We build Partnerships, so read our row with that in mind. It is not a banner and click tracker, and for a merchant running a publisher program it is not the right replacement. Where it fits is a B2B or SaaS program whose partners are companies, and whose real problem is finding the right ones.

Stay on Post Affiliate Pro if your traffic is predictable, you have switched off impression tracking, and you value unlimited affiliates and its integration list. Choose Partnero if you want a flat fee with no meter at all. Choose Tapfiliate if you want a newer traffic-metered tracker and have 50 affiliates or fewer. Choose Partnerships if your partners are B2B companies and the problem is finding them.
The short answer
What is the best Post Affiliate Pro alternative?
It depends on what you want to stop paying for. If the tracking request meter is the problem, Partnero charges a flat $59 a month ($49 billed annually) with no cap on partners, transactions or revenue. If you want the same kind of traffic-metered tracker with a newer interface, Tapfiliate starts at the same $89 a month but caps its entry plan at 50 affiliates and 5,000 clicks. If you run a SaaS program on Stripe, a revenue-metered tool such as FirstPromoter or Rewardful launches faster. If your partners are B2B companies rather than publishers, a platform that finds and ranks partner companies on a flat fee is the better buy.

Why teams pick Partnerships
AI prospecting and drafted outreach, with no marketplace tax
The number that decides your Post Affiliate Pro bill
The plan fee is not the number to watch. The tracking request count is. Quality Unit's support portal defines a request as any impression, click, sale or action sent to Post Affiliate Pro, and each plan includes a fixed allowance: 10,000 a month on Starter, 1,000,000 on Pro. Above the allowance you pay overage at the plan rate, $5 per 10,000 on Starter. Starter and Pro cost the same at 110,000 requests a month, $139 either way, because the two plans are $50 apart on both monthly and annual billing and $50 buys ten blocks of Starter overage. Below that line Starter is cheaper. Above it Pro is, and its million-request allowance means most single-brand programs never see overage again. You can see your own count and a monthly projection under Reports, then Traffic info, in the merchant panel. Check it before you decide you need an alternative at all.
Banner impressions are where the meter bites
Clicks and sales are small numbers. Impressions are not. One banner on an affiliate's blog is a tracking request every time the page loads, so three affiliates showing banners on sites with 60,000 page views a month between them add 180,000 requests before anyone clicks. On Starter that alone is $85 of overage. The vendor's own fix is to switch impression tracking off, and if you do not report on impressions you should do that before launch. If you do need impression data, the meter is structurally against you, and a tool that charges on clicks, conversions, revenue or nothing at all will cost less for the same program.
Tapfiliate and Partnero as two different ways out
Tapfiliate is the closest like-for-like swap. It also charges for traffic, but counts only clicks and conversions, so impressions are free. Launch is $89 a month for 5,000 clicks, 500 conversions and 50 affiliates, then $1.50 per 1,000 extra clicks and $15 per 1,000 extra conversions. The catch is the affiliate cap. At 29,000 clicks and 1,000 sales, Launch costs $132.50, against $99 on Post Affiliate Pro Starter, and past 50 affiliates you are on Scale at $179. Partnero removes the meter entirely. Starter is $59 a month, or $49 billed annually, with unlimited partners, transactions and revenue, and a 30-day trial. For a high-traffic program that is the cheapest published option we found. It charges 7% if you use its managed payouts service, and extra team seats cost $29 a month each, so price those in.
When no affiliate tracker is the answer
Post Affiliate Pro, Tapfiliate and Partnero all solve the same job: record what your affiliates send you and work out what you owe them. That is the right job for a merchant with a publisher program. It is the wrong one for a B2B or SaaS company whose partners are agencies, consultants, resellers and integration partners. Those partners send a handful of large deals, not a stream of clicks, and the problem is finding them and getting a reply. That is what Partnerships does. It researches the companies that already sell into your market, ranks them by a fit score with the reasons shown, drafts outreach a person on your team approves, and tracks partner-sourced revenue, on a flat $47, $119 or $269 a month with no traffic meter and no share of revenue.
