Partnero vs Rewardful: pricing, revenue limits, and which affiliate software fits your program

The headline numbers look identical and they are not comparable. Rewardful and Partnero both put $49 a month on the first plan, but Rewardful's $49 is metered by how much revenue your affiliates drive and Partnero's is not. Rewardful Starter stops at $7,500 a month in affiliate-driven revenue, Growth runs to $15,000 at $99, and past that you are quoted Enterprise from $149. Partnero states the opposite policy on its own pricing page: the same flat fee applies no matter how big your partner network gets, with no overage fees on transactions, clicks, or views.

So the comparison is really about where each one takes its cut. Rewardful charges a 0% transaction fee and leaves payouts to you. Partnero lets you automate payouts through your own PayPal or Wise account for nothing, or hand the whole thing over and pay a 7% payout processing fee for Partnero-managed payouts. Then there is the constraint that ends the conversation early for a good number of teams: Rewardful reads your subscriptions directly out of Stripe or Paddle, and supports no other billing system.

Choose Rewardful if you bill through Stripe or Paddle, want a 0% transaction fee, and your affiliate revenue will stay under the plan caps. Choose Partnero if you want one flat price that does not move as the program grows, or if your billing runs anywhere other than Stripe and Paddle. Choose Partnerships if the real problem is that you do not have enough affiliates or partners yet.

The short answer

What is the difference between Partnero and Rewardful?

Both are affiliate and referral platforms for subscription businesses and both advertise an entry plan at $49 a month, but the $49 buys a different thing. Rewardful meters your plan by affiliate-driven revenue: Starter stops at $7,500 a month, Growth at $15,000, and above that you are on Enterprise at $149 or more. Partnero does not meter revenue at all, so its $49 (billed annually, $59 monthly) covers unlimited partners, transactions, and revenue. The second difference decides it for a lot of teams before price does: Rewardful supports Stripe and Paddle and nothing else, while Partnero does not require a specific billing provider.

Why teams pick Partnerships

AI prospecting and drafted outreach, with no marketplace tax

Work out which side of the crossover you are on

The arithmetic is short enough to do in a minute. Under $7,500 a month in affiliate revenue, Rewardful Starter at $49 and Partnero Starter at $49 annually are a wash, and Rewardful is the cheaper monthly option because Partnero charges $59 unless you pay for the year. Between $7,500 and $15,000, Rewardful moves to $99 while Partnero stays at $49. Past $15,000, Rewardful quotes Enterprise from $149 and Partnero is still $49 unless you want the features on its $159 Partner plan. The flip happens if you want somebody else to run payouts: Partnero-managed payouts cost 7%, which on $15,000 a month of affiliate revenue is $1,050, far more than either subscription. Run your own PayPal or Wise account and that 7% disappears.

The Stripe requirement is the real filter

Rewardful is built on billing data, which is what makes it good: it reads subscriptions straight out of Stripe or Paddle, so commissions follow upgrades, downgrades, cancellations, and free trials without anybody wiring up webhooks. The cost of that design is that Stripe and Paddle are the only two billing systems it supports. If you invoice through NetSuite, bill through Chargebee or Recurly, or run any kind of sales-led contract motion, Rewardful is out before you reach the feature comparison. Partnero does not put that constraint on you. Check your billing stack first, because it can settle this comparison in about ten seconds and save you an afternoon of feature tables.

Honest about what neither one does

Both products track links, attribute signups, calculate commissions, and pay affiliates, and both do it well for what they cost. Neither one finds affiliates. Rewardful gets closest with an Affiliate Finder that crawls the web on credits, but those credits reset to zero each billing cycle and do not roll over, and it is aimed at publishers rather than reseller or integration partners. Neither handles B2B channel motions at all: no deal registration, no partner tiering with co-sell attribution, no account mapping. If resellers or technology partners are anywhere in your plan, you will end up running a second system next to whichever of these you pick. That is the gap Partnerships is built for, and it is worth knowing about before you migrate rather than after.

Good questions

Partnero and Rewardful vs Partnerships, answered

It depends entirely on your affiliate revenue. Below $7,500 a month they are level at $49, though Partnero needs annual billing to hit that figure. Above $7,500 Partnero is cheaper, because Rewardful moves to $99 and then to $149 or more while Partnero stays flat. The exception is managed payouts: Partnero charges 7% to pay your affiliates for you, which overtakes any subscription difference quickly.
Partnero publishes three plans. Starter is $49 a month billed annually or $59 billed monthly. Partner is $159 a month billed annually or $199 monthly. Enterprise is custom and starts at $599 a month. Extra team seats are $29 a month each, every plan includes unlimited partners, transactions, and revenue with no overage fees, and there is a 30-day free trial. Verified 11 August 2026.
Rewardful publishes Starter at $49 a month for up to $7,500 in monthly affiliate-driven revenue, Growth at $99 for up to $15,000, and Enterprise from $149 above that. Every plan carries a 0% transaction fee and a 14-day free trial, annual billing gives two months free, and monthly plans have a 30-day refund. Starter includes up to 2 team members. Verified 11 August 2026.
Only if you ask it to handle payouts. If you automate payouts through your own PayPal or Wise account, Partnero charges nothing on top of your subscription. If you use Partnero-managed payouts, where Partnero pays your affiliates and sends you a single invoice, there is a 7% payout processing fee. The subscription itself is flat and is not tied to how much your affiliates earn.
It works with Paddle as well as Stripe, and nothing else. Rewardful states that it currently supports only Stripe or Paddle. If you bill through Chargebee, Recurly, NetSuite, or manual invoices, Rewardful is not an option today no matter how well the rest of it fits. This is the single most common reason teams rule it out, so check it first.
For a Stripe-billed SaaS whose affiliate revenue will stay under $7,500 a month, Rewardful is the faster install and the more direct fit, because it reads your subscription data natively. For a program that expects to pass those caps, or that bills anywhere other than Stripe and Paddle, Partnero costs less over time and removes the metering question entirely.
Partnero does not. Rewardful includes an Affiliate Finder that searches the web for relevant publishers and charges a credit per reveal, with credits resetting each billing cycle and no rollover. Neither one identifies reseller, integration, or co-marketing companies, scores them for fit against your product, or drafts the first outreach message. That is a different job from tracking a link.
No. Both are affiliate and referral platforms. Neither offers deal registration, partner tiering with co-sell attribution, or account mapping, which are the mechanics a B2B channel program runs on. If a reseller asks how to register a deal so your reps do not collide with them, neither product has an answer, and you will be adding a partner platform alongside it.
