Affonso alternative and Affonso competitors for SaaS affiliate programs
If your affiliate revenue is approaching Affonso's $10,000 Growth cap or $30,000 Elite cap, start with the cost of staying. Affonso has the cheapest published price ladder in this group and wide revenue caps for the money. Launch is EUR 15 a month billed yearly, Growth EUR 29 and Elite EUR 79. Monthly billing costs EUR 19, EUR 39 and EUR 99. Enterprise starts at EUR 149 a month for revenue above $30,000, with a sales conversation required. For many small programs, the honest answer is to stay.
A US founder has other reasons to compare. Affonso bills in euros while measuring caps and overage in dollars. Its overage costs $19 per additional $1,000 of affiliate-attributed revenue. It is a small, founder-led vendor. FirstPromoter offers US-dollar billing, a long track record and Chargebee support. Rewardful and Tolt offer different revenue bands and payout options, but none beats Affonso on software cost in the scenarios below once you pick its cheaper path.

Scenario rows cover software fees only, not affiliate commissions or payout processing fees. Affonso figures use yearly billing in euros. Exchange rates move their dollar cost. On its cheaper path at each level (overage on Growth at $12,000), Affonso has the lowest software cost shown. The trade-offs are currency, the overage meter, managed payouts only from Growth, no listed Chargebee integration and vendor size. Partnerships serves a different job and is not an affiliate link tracker.
Why teams pick Partnerships
AI prospecting and drafted outreach, with no marketplace tax
Staying on Affonso can be the best buying decision
Affonso has the cheapest published price ladder in this group, with wide caps for the money. On yearly billing, Growth is EUR 29 a month up to $10,000 of monthly affiliate revenue and Elite is EUR 79 up to $30,000. Unlimited affiliates, referrals and programs are included on every plan. If those limits fit and you do not need Chargebee, staying is often the right answer. For a US buyer, euro billing adds a variable. The plan price is in euros while the cap and overage are in dollars, so exchange-rate changes move your software cost even if revenue stays flat. A foreign transaction fee may apply on a US card. Affonso is a small, founder-led vendor. FirstPromoter's US-dollar billing and long track record can justify paying more if predictability and vendor history matter to you.
Work out the overage before upgrading Growth
On yearly billing, moving from Growth to Elite is a EUR 50 a month step. Overage is $19 per additional $1,000 of affiliate-attributed revenue. Going $1,000 to $2,000 over the $10,000 cap is cheaper as overage. Around $3,000 over, the costs converge, depending on the exchange rate. Beyond that, upgrading usually makes more sense. At $12,000 a month, staying on Growth costs EUR 348 plus $456 of overage for the year, compared with EUR 948 on Elite. Only sales tracked with an affiliate cookie or coupon count, so direct sales do not consume the cap. Checkout never stops. If you neither upgrade nor pay overage, new affiliate signups, commissions on new referrals and tracking can pause. That can damage affiliate trust. Affonso allows prorated upgrades and downgrades anytime. Above Elite's $30,000 cap, compare overage with the Enterprise quote starting at EUR 149 a month.
Choose an exit for the billing and workflow you need
FirstPromoter is the exit for US-dollar billing, a long track record and Chargebee alongside Stripe and Paddle. Starter is $49 a month up to $5,000 of affiliate revenue, while Business is $99 up to $15,000 and includes unlimited team members. Yearly prices are $490, $990 and $1,490, and no transaction fee is listed. Rewardful starts at $49 up to $7,500, with Growth at $99 up to $15,000 and Enterprise from $149, initially up to $30,000 with tiers above. It supports Stripe and Paddle, includes unlimited affiliates and lists a 0% transaction fee. Optional Managed Payouts cost 3%. Tolt offers $69 Basic up to $10,000 with manual payouts, $99 Growth up to $20,000 with automatic payouts and a 2% processing fee, and $199 Pro up to $50,000. Growth includes 1099 filing. Tolt has no annual price. These are reasons to switch for fit, without assuming a lower software bill.
Use Partnerships when your partners are companies
An affiliate tracker fits a program where people promote links or coupons and earn commissions. When your next partners are agencies, integration partners or resellers, you need to find the right companies, understand why they fit and build each relationship. Moving between affiliate trackers does not address that work. Partnerships finds and ranks partner companies by a fit score with the reasons shown, drafts outreach a person approves and tracks each relationship. Pricing is $47, $119 and $269 a month billed yearly, with Enterprise at $499, flat with no revenue cap and no share of partner revenue. It is not an affiliate link tracker. Use it when finding and approaching partner companies is the job you need done.
