Impartner vs ZINFI: PRM pricing, partner limits, and which enterprise partner relationship management platform to shortlist

Impartner and ZINFI land on the same shortlists because they sell to the same buyer: a vendor with a real channel, a partner tier structure, and someone whose job title contains the word channel. Both have been in partner relationship management longer than most of the category. Both will run a large program competently.

Where they part company is how much they will tell you before you talk to a salesperson. ZINFI put a full list price on its site, broken out by partner count, with a module-by-module grid showing exactly what each tier includes. Impartner has never published a number, and as of August 2026 its pricing URL still returns a 404 while four separate products each hand you a request form.

That is not a small stylistic difference when you are building a business case. One vendor lets you model three years of cost on a Tuesday afternoon. The other requires a discovery call before you can put a single figure in a spreadsheet. Below is what each publishes, read off their own sites in August 2026, plus the specific tier traps worth knowing before you shortlist either.

Buy ZINFI if you want an enterprise partner platform you can price before the first call and you can live inside its tier boundaries. Buy Impartner if you need deep channel governance, partner marketing automation and services under one vendor and you have the procurement runway for it. Buy Partnerships if the harder problem is that you still have to find the partners in the first place.

The short answer

What is the difference between Impartner and ZINFI?

The clearest difference is that you can price ZINFI in about a minute and you cannot price Impartner at all. ZINFI publishes a fixed list price by partner count: Starter is $1,750 a month for up to 100 partners and $2,250 for up to 250, Professional is $2,850 and $3,500 at the same two breakpoints, all billed annually. Impartner publishes no figure anywhere. Its pricing page returns a 404 and each of its four products routes you to a separate request form. On capability the two overlap heavily at the enterprise end, so the real decision is usually procurement speed versus how much custom governance you need.

Why teams pick Partnerships

AI prospecting and drafted outreach, with no marketplace tax

ZINFI is the rare enterprise PRM you can price without a sales call

ZINFI calls its published packaging the Jump Start Experience, and describes it on its own pricing page as "fixed-tier, list-price packaging for programs up to 250 partners, with no discount and no vertical split." That last clause matters more than it looks. Plenty of enterprise software is priced by how badly the vendor wants your logo and which industry you are in. ZINFI is telling you the number is the number below 250 partners. The bands are simple. Starter is $1,750 a month for up to 100 partners and $2,250 a month for up to 250. Professional, which ZINFI marks as its most popular tier, is $2,850 and $3,500 at those same two breakpoints. Everything is billed annually, so the real commitment on Professional at 250 partners is $42,000 a year, not $3,500. Enterprise has no published figure and is where you land if you cross 250 partners or need the modules described below. For a channel leader building a business case, this is worth a great deal. You can model three years, compare against the cost of the spreadsheets and shared drives you are replacing, and walk into procurement with a number that came from the vendor rather than from a review site. That is not something you can do with most of this category.

Impartner still publishes nothing, and it now sells four products

We have checked Impartner's pricing pages on five separate occasions across 2026, most recently in August. The result has not moved: impartner.com/pricing returns a 404, as do /plans and /pricing-plans. What Impartner does have is a navigation menu listing four distinct products, each with its own Pricing link, and each of those links opens a request form rather than a price. The four are Partner Relationship Management, Partner Marketing Automation, Partner Communications, and Partner Services, the last of which is Impartner running your PRM for you. That structure is the real budgeting problem, not the missing number. When a vendor sells four products, the quote you get depends on which ones you switch on, and it is easy to scope an initial deal around PRM and discover a year later that the partner marketing capability you assumed was included is a second line item. Ask for the full product list and the price of each one in writing at the first call, not the third. Third-party marketplaces such as Vendr and PricingNow have quoted an entry point around $2,000 a month. We repeat that only with the label it deserves: it is a third-party estimate from buyers who negotiated their own deals, not an Impartner price, and Impartner has never confirmed it. Do not put it in a business case as though it came from the vendor.

Both vendors put the incentive features in the top tier, which is where budgets break

ZINFI's module grid is unusually honest, and reading it carefully saves you a painful surprise. Market development funds, configure price quote, rebates, rewards, the entire five-module MARKET suite of email, social, microsites, events and web syndication, the products catalog, the marketplace, the mobile app, partner contracts, business plans, SCORM+ and the AI-enriched partner database are all Enterprise only. Professional gets you the learning management system, co-selling, commissions and payment management. Starter gets partner profiles, programs, a documents library, co-branded assets, and leads, referrals and deals. So if your program depends on MDF, and many established channel programs do, ZINFI's published prices do not apply to you. You are an Enterprise quote, and the $2,850 figure is not your starting point. This is not a ZINFI quirk. We have now tracked the same pattern at Magentrix, where MDF sits in Advanced, at PartnerStack, where MDF sits in Growth, and at Introw, where Salesforce integration is gated to the third tier. Across this category, the features that move partner revenue are systematically sold above the tier most buyers first price out. There is a second meter on ZINFI that is easy to miss: integration connectors. Starter includes one, Professional includes two, and Enterprise buys them a la carte. If you need your PRM talking to a CRM, a marketing platform and a data warehouse, count the connectors before you sign.

How to actually choose between them

Count your partners first, because ZINFI's published price only exists below 250 of them. If you run 60 resellers, ZINFI Starter at $1,750 a month is a real, checkable number and Impartner will not give you one. If you run 900 partners across regions, both vendors are a custom quote and the published figures stop being useful, so the comparison shifts to governance depth and services. Then count the modules you genuinely need in year one, not year three. Buyers routinely price the tier that has everything and then discover they used four modules. ZINFI's grid makes that audit easy: pick the modules, find the lowest tier that contains all of them, and that is your real price. If the answer is Enterprise, ZINFI's transparency advantage disappears and you are negotiating in the same fog as with Impartner. Finally, be honest about which problem is actually blocking your program. Both of these platforms manage partners you already have. Neither one goes out and finds new ones. If your pipeline problem is that you have 12 partners and need 60, a heavier PRM will organize the 12 beautifully and leave the recruitment problem exactly where it was. That gap is what we built Partnerships for, and it is worth ruling in or out before you spend $42,000 a year on either of these.

Good questions

Impartner and ZINFI vs Partnerships, answered

Neither is better in the abstract, but ZINFI is the easier vendor to evaluate. ZINFI publishes exact monthly list prices by partner count and a full 30-module grid showing what each tier includes, so you can price it yourself. Impartner publishes nothing. Choose ZINFI if you fit inside its published bands and modules. Choose Impartner if you need partner marketing automation, deep channel governance, or a managed service under one vendor.
Impartner does not publish any price. As of August 2026 impartner.com/pricing returns a 404, and each of its four products, PRM, Partner Marketing Automation, Partner Communications and Partner Services, has a Pricing link that opens a request form. Third-party marketplaces have reported entry points near $2,000 a month, but those are buyer-reported estimates, not Impartner figures, and the company has never confirmed them.
ZINFI publishes list prices for programs up to 250 partners. Starter is $1,750 a month for up to 100 partners and $2,250 for up to 250. Professional is $2,850 and $3,500 at the same breakpoints. Enterprise is custom priced. All prices are billed annually, and ZINFI describes the packaging as fixed-tier list pricing with no discount and no vertical split.
Yes, several, and the cheapest route depends on what you actually use. ZINFI publishes a $1,750 a month entry tier. Introw has a genuinely free Starter plan for one partner. Kiflo publishes $399 a month for 25 partners. Salesforce sells Partner Relationship Management at $25 per member per month if you are already on Salesforce. Partnerships is $79 a month flat. Price the modules you need, not the tier that has everything.
The closest direct substitutes at the enterprise end are ZINFI, Zift Solutions, Channeltivity, Magentrix and Allbound, now trading as Channelscaler. Salesforce Partner Cloud is the option for organizations standardizing on Salesforce. Introw and Kiflo cover the same core workflows for smaller programs at a fraction of the cost. Impartner is distinguished mainly by selling partner marketing automation and managed services alongside PRM.
Both are enterprise channel platforms and neither publishes a price. Zift Solutions, whose platform is ZiftONE, returns a 404 on /pricing, /pricing/ and /plans-pricing/, exactly as Impartner does. The practical difference is emphasis: Zift leans hard into through-channel marketing automation, while Impartner splits PRM and partner marketing into separately licensed products. Expect a comparable procurement cycle either way.
If your channel data and your sellers already live in Salesforce, Salesforce Partner Relationship Management at $25 per member per month, or Partner Ecosystem Management at $50, is the cheaper and simpler starting point. ZINFI makes more sense when you need channel-specific modules Salesforce does not ship, such as through-channel marketing, rebates or MDF, and you are willing to run a second platform alongside the CRM to get them.
Only on Enterprise. ZINFI's published module grid places Market Development Funds, along with CPQ, rebates, rewards, the marketplace, the products catalog and the full MARKET suite, in the Enterprise tier alone. Professional includes the learning management system, co-selling, commissions and payment management. If MDF is core to your program, ZINFI's published Starter and Professional prices do not apply to you.
For a program in the 50 to 250 partner range, ZINFI Professional at $2,850 to $3,500 a month is the most directly comparable option with a published price. Channeltivity and Magentrix cover similar ground, with Magentrix publishing $1,500 and $3,000 a month tiers. Below that scale, Introw and Kiflo handle portals, deal registration and commissions for far less. Audit which modules you actually used in the last year before you replace like for like.
