These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of partnerships.ai and the Partnerships partner relationship management service ("Partnerships", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the website or service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Acceptance of terms
By creating an account, accessing the website, or using the service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the service on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company to these Terms.
Description of the service
Partnerships is software that helps companies build and run partner programs. The service surfaces potential partner companies from public company and program signals, ranks them by a transparent fit score, drafts outreach for a person on your team to review and approve, supports partner onboarding, and tracks referral and co-sell revenue. Partnerships surfaces public signals and drafts outreach for human approval. It does not send outreach on its own and does not guarantee any particular number of partners, responses or amount of revenue.
Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your account credentials secure, and for the activity that occurs under your account. You are responsible for reviewing, editing and approving any outreach before it is sent, and for ensuring your outreach and partner activities comply with all applicable laws, including anti-spam, communication, marketing and data-protection laws in the jurisdictions where you operate.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to: send unsolicited or unlawful communications; harass, deceive or impersonate others; violate the rights of any person or company; scrape, resell or misuse data in breach of applicable law; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or its systems; or interfere with the integrity or performance of the service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
Intellectual property and your data
The service, including its software, design and content, is owned by Partnerships and protected by intellectual property laws. Your partner list, pipeline data and other content you provide remain yours. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide and improve the service for your company, as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your data or use it to train external AI models.
Fees and payment
Paid plans are billed on a flat subscription basis with no percentage taken from partner revenue. Fees, billing cycles and plan details are described at the time of purchase. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing on a going-forward basis with reasonable notice.
No warranty
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any match, draft or insight will produce a particular result. Outputs from the service are tools to assist your team and are not a guarantee of partnerships or revenue.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Partnerships and its suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Partnerships from any claims, damages or expenses arising out of your use of the service, your content, or your breach of these Terms or applicable law, including any claims relating to outreach you approved and sent.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the service unlawfully. On termination, your right to use the service ends, and you may export your partner list before your account is closed, subject to reasonable notice.
Governing terms and changes
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Partnerships regarding the service. We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
