Refersion alternative and Refersion competitors compared on what they charge at your sales volume
Refersion is affiliate and influencer software built for ecommerce brands, most of them on Shopify. It publishes its prices, which is more than many in this category do: Launch is $39 a month plus 3% of affiliate-driven sales, Growth is $199 a month plus 2%, and Scale is a custom flat subscription for brands above $1 million in annual GMV. Annual billing takes 20% off the monthly fee.
The percentage is the part that decides your bill. At $5,000 a month of affiliate sales, Launch costs $189 and nobody minds. At $50,000 a month, Growth costs $1,199, which is more than $14,000 a year on top of the commissions you already pay your affiliates. That is usually the point where a brand starts pricing alternatives, and it is the comparison this page does with numbers.
We build Partnerships, so read our row with that in mind. It is not a Shopify affiliate app, and for a DTC brand recruiting creators it is not the right replacement. Where it fits is a B2B or SaaS program whose partners are companies rather than influencers.

Stay on Refersion if your affiliate sales are modest and you value its marketplace and Shopify tracking. Choose UpPromote if you want the same model on Shopify at a lower percentage. Choose Awin or impact.com if you want access to a publisher network on published prices. Choose Partnerships if the partners you need are companies, such as agencies, resellers and integration partners, and the job is finding and recruiting them on a flat published fee.
The short answer
What is the best Refersion alternative?
For a Shopify brand, UpPromote is the closest like-for-like swap: it also charges a monthly fee plus a share of referral sales, but at lower rates (1% to 2% against Refersion's 2% to 3%), so it costs less at every volume on published prices. If you want a publisher network rather than your own affiliates, Awin and impact.com are the two that publish prices. If your partners are B2B companies such as agencies, resellers and integration partners, no ecommerce affiliate app fits, and a platform that finds and ranks partner companies on a flat fee is the better buy.

Why teams pick Partnerships
AI prospecting and drafted outreach, with no marketplace tax
The number that decides your Refersion bill
Refersion's monthly fee is small. The percentage is not. On Launch you pay 3% of every affiliate-driven sale, on Growth 2%, and that is on the sale value, not on the commission. If you pay affiliates 10%, Refersion's 3% on Launch adds 30% to your affiliate cost. At a 5% commission it adds 60%. The two plans cost the same at $16,000 a month of affiliate sales on monthly billing: $39 plus $480 on Launch, $199 plus $320 on Growth, $519 either way. Below that line stay on Launch. Above it Growth is cheaper, and the gap widens by $100 for every $10,000 of extra sales. Past roughly $83,000 a month, or $1 million a year, Refersion points you to Scale, which it prices as a flat monthly subscription on a quote. If you are near that size, ask for the Scale number before you renew Growth, because a flat fee is exactly what you want at volume.
UpPromote runs the same model at a lower rate
If you like how Refersion works and only mind the percentage, UpPromote is the closest swap for a Shopify store. It charges a monthly fee plus a share of successful referral sales: $29.99 plus 2% on Growth, $89.99 plus 1.5% on Professional, $199.99 plus 1% on Enterprise. On published prices it is cheaper than Refersion at every volume we checked. At $10,000 a month of affiliate sales, UpPromote Growth costs $229.99 against Refersion Launch at $339. At $50,000, UpPromote Enterprise costs $699.99 against Refersion Growth at $1,199, a difference of about $6,000 a year. What you give up is Refersion's marketplace and its longer history with larger brands, so check the tracking method and the integrations you rely on before you move.
Awin and impact.com for when you want a network instead of an app
Refersion and UpPromote help you run affiliates you recruit yourself. Awin and impact.com also bring a network of publishers and creators, and both publish their prices. Awin Access is $49 a month plus 3.5% of transaction value, and Accelerate starts at $99 plus 2.5%. Awin Accelerate and Refersion Growth cost the same at $20,000 a month of sales ($599), and above that Awin costs more, so move to Awin for its publisher reach, not to save money. impact.com prices differently. Its help center describes self-serve Essentials as $500 a month including $2,500 of partner payouts, then 20% of payouts above that. At a 6% commission on $50,000 of sales, payouts are $3,000 and the bill is $600, well under Refersion Growth. At a 20% commission the same sales cost $2,000 a month. So impact.com wins for low-commission programs at volume and loses for high-commission creator programs. Run your own commission rate through it before you decide.
When no ecommerce affiliate app is the answer
A share-of-sales model makes sense when your partners are creators and publishers who each drive a stream of orders. It makes less sense when your partners are companies: an agency that resells your software, a platform you integrate with, a consultancy that refers three large accounts a year. Those programs do not need coupon codes or influencer discovery. They need a way to find the right partner companies, reach them, and track the revenue they bring. That is what Partnerships does. It researches the companies that sell into your market, ranks them by a fit score with the reasons shown, drafts outreach a person on your team approves, and tracks partner-sourced revenue, on a flat $47, $119 or $269 a month with no percentage of sales. If you are a Shopify brand recruiting influencers, stay with one of the apps above. If you are a B2B or SaaS company that arrived here because Refersion was on a shortlist, it is the better fit.
