Rewardful vs LeadDyno pricing and features (LeadDyno vs Rewardful) for SaaS and ecommerce affiliate programs

Rewardful and LeadDyno show up on the same shortlist because they look identical at the door: $49 a month, a hosted affiliate portal, no percentage of your sales. They are not the same deal. Rewardful lets you add as many affiliates as you like and raises the price when the revenue they drive crosses $7,500 and then $15,000 a month. LeadDyno lets the revenue grow without limit and raises the price when your roster passes 50, 150 and 500 active affiliates.

That one difference decides which tool is cheaper for you, and it can be cheaper by a factor of seven in either direction. This page prices both from their own pricing pages at five program shapes, shows which features each one keeps behind a higher plan, and explains where the billing platform you already use settles the question before price does.

Choose Rewardful if you bill a SaaS subscription through Stripe or Paddle, approve affiliates generously and keep affiliate revenue under $15,000 a month. Choose LeadDyno if you sell through a store platform such as Shopify or WooCommerce, keep a curated roster of producing affiliates, or drive more than $15,000 a month through fewer than 150 of them. Choose Partnerships if the partners you need are companies, such as integration partners, agencies and complementary brands, and the job is finding and recruiting them on a flat published fee.

The short answer

Rewardful or LeadDyno, which one should you buy?

Rewardful's Enterprise plan is tiered: its pricing page says higher usage moves to a higher tier and links a separate schedule, so get your number in writing if you expect more than $30,000 a month in affiliate revenue. LeadDyno does not publish what happens when you cross an affiliate limit. Commission paid to affiliates comes on top of every plan on both tools.

Why teams pick Partnerships

AI prospecting and drafted outreach, with no marketplace tax

The $150 rule that tells you which one is cheaper

Both entry plans cost $49. Rewardful's covers $7,500 a month in affiliate revenue with any number of affiliates. LeadDyno's covers 50 active affiliates with any amount of revenue. Divide one by the other and you get $150 of monthly affiliate revenue per affiliate. Run that test on your own program. A SaaS company with 30 affiliates driving $20,000 a month averages $667 each: LeadDyno Lite is $49 while Rewardful is on Enterprise from $149, so LeadDyno is at least three times cheaper. A company with 400 affiliates driving $5,000 a month averages $12.50 each: Rewardful Starter is $49 while LeadDyno Advanced is $349, so Rewardful is seven times cheaper. Above $150 per affiliate LeadDyno's meter is kinder, below it Rewardful's is.

Five program shapes priced on both

Monthly billing, subscription only, before commissions. 40 affiliates and $6,000 a month: $49 on both, a tie. 120 affiliates and $10,000: Rewardful Growth $99 against LeadDyno Essential $129, Rewardful by $30. 150 affiliates and $25,000: LeadDyno Essential $129 against Rewardful Enterprise from $149, LeadDyno by at least $20. 30 affiliates and $20,000: LeadDyno $49 against Rewardful from $149. 400 affiliates and $5,000: Rewardful $49 against LeadDyno $349. Yearly billing shifts the middle. Rewardful Growth is $990 a year and LeadDyno Essential is $1,320 a year, so the 120-affiliate program saves $330 a year on Rewardful. LeadDyno Lite gets no yearly discount, so on the smallest programs take it monthly and keep the 30-day trial.

Your billing platform may decide before price does

Rewardful is built around subscription billing. It is a Premier Stripe Partner with two-way sync and also supports Paddle, which means upgrades, refunds and churned subscriptions flow into commissions automatically. For a SaaS company on Stripe that is the main reason to pick it. LeadDyno's strength is breadth. It lists direct connections to Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Ecwid, Squarespace and Wix as well as Stripe, Chargebee, ClickFunnels and PayPal. If you sell physical products or run a store checkout, Rewardful is not built for you, and the comparison ends there. If you run Stripe subscriptions, both work, and price is the real decision.

What each one keeps behind a higher plan

Rewardful gates by team and branding. Starter allows one campaign and two team members, and the branded portal, custom domain, private invite-only campaigns and custom rewards start on Growth at $99. A company that wants a separate rate for agencies and for customers needs Growth even at low revenue. LeadDyno gates by program structure. Lite gives one commission plan, one affiliate group and the owner as the only user. A second commission rate, a custom portal domain and multi-level commissions start on Essential at $129, and per-product commissions and a white-labeled portal start on Advanced at $349. Under LeadDyno's roster meter, archiving dormant affiliates on a schedule is the main way to keep the plan down.

What neither tool does, and when that is the real problem

Both tools assume your partners are individuals who sign up through a form and share a link or a coupon: customers, creators and bloggers. For many SaaS products and stores that is the right model, and either tool tracks it well at a fair published price. Neither finds partners that are companies. An integration partner whose users match your buyers, an agency that resells to your ICP, a complementary brand to bundle with: none of them apply through an affiliate signup page. Partnerships researches those companies, ranks them by a fit score with the reasons shown, drafts the first outreach for a person on your team to approve, and tracks the revenue each partner brings, on a flat $47, $119 or $269 a month billed yearly with no percentage of partner revenue. If your growth problem is who to partner with rather than how to track them, start there.

Good questions

Rewardful and LeadDyno vs Partnerships, answered

Rewardful is better for a SaaS subscription business on Stripe or Paddle with many affiliates and under $15,000 a month in affiliate revenue, because affiliates are unlimited on every plan. LeadDyno is better for ecommerce stores and for curated programs where fewer than 150 affiliates drive more than $15,000 a month, because revenue is never capped.
Rewardful costs $49 a month on Starter for up to $7,500 in monthly affiliate revenue, $99 on Growth for up to $15,000, and from $149 on Enterprise for up to $30,000 on its entry tier, with higher tiers by usage. Yearly billing is $490, $990 and from $1,490. Every plan has a 14-day free trial and unlimited affiliates.
LeadDyno costs $49 a month on Lite for 50 active affiliates, $129 on Essential for 150, $349 on Advanced for 500 and $749 on Unlimited. Yearly billing saves about 15% from Essential up, to $110, $297 and $637 a month. Clicks and conversions are unlimited on every plan, and the free trial is 30 days.
It depends on revenue per affiliate. Divide your monthly affiliate revenue by your number of active affiliates. Under about $150 each, Rewardful is cheaper, by up to seven times on large open programs. Above $150 each, LeadDyno is cheaper, because its price ignores revenue. At 40 affiliates and $6,000 a month both cost $49.
Yes. LeadDyno's support documentation defines active affiliates as every affiliate that is not archived or pending, so an approved affiliate who never sent a click still uses one of your slots. Rewardful does not have this issue because it does not limit affiliates on any plan.
Rewardful's pricing page names Stripe and Paddle as its billing integrations and describes itself as built for SaaS subscriptions, and Shopify is not among the platforms it highlights. A Shopify store should look at LeadDyno, which lists a direct Shopify integration along with WooCommerce, BigCommerce and other store platforms.
Yes, if your billing runs on Stripe or Paddle. Connect Rewardful during its 14-day trial, recreate your commission rates as campaigns, import or invite your active affiliates and send them their new links. Pay out every commission earned under LeadDyno before you cancel it, and keep its export of historic data.
Yes. Partnerships finds and ranks partner companies, such as integration partners, agencies, resellers and complementary brands, by fit, drafts outreach a person approves, and tracks partner revenue. It costs $47, $119 or $269 a month billed yearly with no share of partner revenue.
