ZINFI pricing starts at $1,450 a month for Starter and $2,350 a month for Professional, both billed annually, both covering programs of up to 250 partners, with Enterprise priced by quote. Setup and configuration is a separate one-time fee: $3,480 on Starter, $5,640 on Professional, and 20% of the year-one price on Enterprise. That makes year one $20,880 on Starter and $33,840 on Professional before any add-on connectors.
Every figure below was read off ZINFI's own pricing page in September 2026. ZINFI publishes a full grid, which is rare among channel PRMs, and it cut its list prices this year: the same page used to show $1,750 for Starter and $2,850 for Professional at 250 partners. Most review sites have not caught up, and several still say ZINFI does not publish prices at all. It does, and the numbers are below.
How much does ZINFI cost?
| Plan | Monthly (billed annually) | Per year | Setup and configuration | Year one total | Lifecycle apps | Connectors |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | $1,450 | $17,400 | $3,480 | $20,880 | 6 of 30 | 1 included |
| Professional | $2,350 | $28,200 | $5,640 | $33,840 | 10 of 30 | 2 included |
| Enterprise | Custom | Quote | 20% of year-one price | Quote | All 30 | Priced individually |
Both published tiers cover up to 250 partners. ZINFI calls this its Jump Start Experience pricing and describes it as fixed-tier list pricing with no discount and no split by industry, so the number on the page is the number you should expect on the order form for a program under 250 partners. Above that, you are an Enterprise conversation.
One thing to know before you quote the page back to ZINFI: the plan cards at the top say $1,450 and $2,350, but the package summary table further down the same page still shows $2,250 and $3,500 for the same tiers at 250 partners. Those were the figures on ZINFI's previous price list. The cards are current. If a sales rep quotes the higher pair, point at the cards.
What the setup fee really is
The setup fee looks like an arbitrary dollar figure on the two published tiers, but it is not. $3,480 is exactly 20% of $17,400, and $5,640 is exactly 20% of $28,200. ZINFI only states the 20% rule on the Enterprise card, but it applies to every tier. So the rule for budgeting ZINFI is simple: take the annual subscription, add a fifth of it for year one, and the second year drops back to the subscription alone.
That also tells you the cost of upgrading later. Moving from Starter to Professional adds $10,800 a year in subscription and, if ZINFI treats the difference as new configuration, up to $2,160 more in setup. It is cheaper to pick the right tier first.
What is included in ZINFI Starter?
Starter buys the CORE bundle minus two modules and six of the thirty lifecycle applications. The six apps are partner profile management, partner programs management, a documents library, co-branded assets, leads management, and referrals and deals management, which is the deal registration workflow and includes lead-level email, Slack, Teams and WhatsApp collaboration. You get one connector to your CRM, alerts, search, content management, workflow automation, identity and access, BI reports and user management.
What Starter does not include is more revealing. No partner learning management, no commissions, no co-selling, no payment management, no MDF, and no multi-language or multi-currency support. Starter is a partner portal with deal registration and a content library. For a US-only program that registers deals and shares collateral, that is enough. For a program that pays partners anything through the platform, it is not.
What does ZINFI Professional add over Starter?
The $900 a month gap buys four more lifecycle apps and one more CORE module: partner learning management with courses and certifications, partner co-selling management, commissions management, payment management, and global multi-language and currency. You also get a second connector, which matters if you need both a CRM and a marketing automation integration.
So the upgrade question reduces to one test. If you pay partners commissions through the platform, train and certify them inside it, or run partners outside the US, you are a Professional customer. If none of those three apply, the extra $10,800 a year is buying features you will not switch on.
What is Enterprise-only at ZINFI?
Twenty of the thirty lifecycle apps only exist on Enterprise, and some of them are features buyers assume come with any PRM. The list, straight from the module grid:
- Incentives: market development funds, rebates and rewards. Commissions and payments are on Professional, but MDF is Enterprise only.
- Marketing: all five MARKET apps, so email marketing, social syndication, microsites and landing pages, event marketing and web syndication.
- Onboarding: AI-enriched partner database subscription, partner contracts and partner business plans.
- Enablement: video library and SCORM+ course support.
- Selling: configure price quote and a products catalog.
- Community: discussions, a partner marketplace, partner support ticketing, an AI knowledge base and the iOS and Android mobile app.
The MDF placement is the one that catches channel teams. If you are evaluating ZINFI for MDF, you are evaluating the custom-priced tier, not the $1,450 one. Our guide to market development funds software covers what to check in that module before you take the Enterprise quote.
The marketing block is the other surprise. A Starter or Professional customer who wants co-branded partner landing pages cannot get them from ZINFI, and it is usually faster to have a partner page built from a short description than to move the whole contract up a tier for one module.
ZINFI cost per partner
Because both published tiers cap at 250 partners and cost the same whether you have 25 or 250, the per-partner cost swings by a factor of ten depending on how full your program is.
| Active partners | Starter, per partner per month | Professional, per partner per month |
|---|---|---|
| 25 | $58.00 | $94.00 |
| 50 | $29.00 | $47.00 |
| 100 | $14.50 | $23.50 |
| 250 | $5.80 | $9.40 |
Subscription only, before the setup fee. At 250 partners ZINFI is among the cheaper channel PRMs per seat. At 25 partners it costs more per partner per month than most partners will generate in their first quarter, and that is before you have found partners 26 through 250. The tier is priced for a channel that already exists.
How does ZINFI pricing compare to other PRM software?
| Vendor | Published entry price | Setup fee | How it is priced | Finds new partners |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| ZINFI | $1,450 a month billed annually | 20% of year one | Fixed tiers up to 250 partners, Enterprise by quote | No |
| Magentrix | $1,500 a month | None listed | Tiers by partner users or partner accounts | No |
| Channeltivity | None since mid-2026 | Not published | Quote, tiers described by partner count | No |
| Impartner | None | Not published | Quote, sold module by module | No |
| Partnerships | $47 a month billed yearly | None | Flat: $47, $119 or $269 a month, no per-partner fee | Yes, AI discovery ranked by fit |
ZINFI and Magentrix are now within $50 a month of each other at entry, and the setup fee is the deciding line: Magentrix lists none, so its year one is $18,000 against ZINFI's $20,880. Magentrix caps Essential at 100 partner users or 10 partner accounts, though, while ZINFI Starter covers 250 partners, so at any real partner count ZINFI is the cheaper seat. Our Magentrix pricing breakdown runs that comparison in detail, and the Impartner pricing page collects what can be verified for the quote-only vendor most often shortlisted against ZINFI.
Is ZINFI worth the price?
For a company with a working channel of 100 or more partners that needs deal registration, a content library, a CRM sync and, on Professional, commissions and training, $17,400 to $28,200 a year is competitive, and the published grid means you can budget it without a discovery call. ZINFI also sells everything on one platform rather than a bundle of acquired tools, which shows up in how consistently the modules behave.
It is hard to justify for a program that is still small. At 20 partners, Starter costs $1,044 per partner in year one before anyone has registered a deal, and nothing in any ZINFI tier addresses the question early programs are actually stuck on, which is where the next 80 partners come from. ZINFI starts working the day a partner signs. Recruiting them is a separate job.
That job is what Partnerships is built for. It finds reseller, referral, integration and co-marketing partner companies ranked by a transparent fit score with the reasons shown, drafts recruiting outreach that a person approves before anything sends, and tracks each partner through onboarding, deal registration and partner-sourced revenue on flat pricing of $47, $119 or $269 a month with no setup fee. Our ZINFI alternative comparison sets the two side by side, and the partner relationship management software cost guide covers the wider category.
How to get the best price from ZINFI
ZINFI says its published tiers carry no discount, so the negotiation is not about the monthly number. It is about three other things. First, the setup fee: ask what the $3,480 or $5,640 actually covers, how many hours of configuration it includes, and whether a migration from a previous portal is inside it or billed on top. Second, connectors: one is included on Starter and two on Professional, and the price of a third is not on the page, so get it in writing if you run Salesforce plus HubSpot plus a marketing platform. Third, the 250-partner ceiling: ask what happens to the price at partner 251, and whether the answer is a new Enterprise quote or a per-partner rate.
Then choose the tier by the three-part test above, commissions, training, non-US partners, and not by the feature count. Ten apps against six sounds like a big step up. Whether it is worth $10,800 a year depends entirely on whether you would switch the four extra ones on.
