There is no single best affiliate marketing software, because the right pick depends on the job you are hiring it for. For a straightforward affiliate or referral program with genuinely transparent flat pricing, Partnero is the strongest value. For enterprise programs needing deep attribution and a large partner marketplace, impact.com goes deepest. For B2B SaaS that needs CRM sync and deal registration, Kiflo or Introw fit better than any affiliate tool. If your bottleneck is finding affiliates rather than managing them, that is the gap Partnerships fills.

Last updated July 2026. Every price here was checked on the vendor's own pricing page on the date above. Vendors that publish no pricing are marked as such rather than filled in with third-party guesses.

Most roundups in this category are affiliate content dressed up as research, which is its own kind of irony. They rank whoever pays the best commission, invent numbers for vendors that publish none, and list products that rebranded two years ago. This one uses real prices from real pricing pages, says so plainly wherever a vendor publishes nothing, and gives every product an honest weakness including ours.

What is the best affiliate marketing software?

The best affiliate marketing software is Partnero for most small and mid-market programs, because it charges a flat fee with unlimited partners, transactions, and revenue. impact.com is best at enterprise scale. Kiflo and Introw suit B2B partner programs better. Partnerships is best when your problem is finding partners, not tracking them.

That answer only helps if you know which category you are shopping in, and this is where most buyers go wrong before opening a single pricing page.

Affiliate tools, B2B PRM, and account mapping are three different categories

Buyers routinely put Partnero, Kiflo, and Crossbeam on one shortlist. They should not. These solve three different problems, and comparing them feature by feature produces a nonsense spreadsheet.

  • Affiliate and performance tools (Partnero, impact.com, Partnerize) assume a self-serve motion. Someone clicks a link, buys, a commission is owed. The hard problems are tracking, attribution, fraud, and paying hundreds of people accurately. No sales rep is involved.
  • B2B PRM (Kiflo, Introw, Impartner, Channelscaler, and us) assumes a sales motion. A partner registers a deal, your rep works it, it closes 60 days later. The hard problems are deal registration, conflict rules, tiering, enablement, and CRM sync. Link tracking barely matters.
  • Account mapping (Crossbeam, PartnerTap) is neither. It compares your account list against a partner's to find overlap and white space. It runs no program, pays no one, hosts no portal. It is a data layer beside a PRM.

The test: if money moves because someone clicked a link, buy an affiliate tool. If money moves because a human sold something, buy a PRM. If you already have partners and want to know which accounts you share, buy account mapping. Many companies need two of the three. Almost nobody needs one product to be all three, and the products claiming to be tend to be mediocre at each.

Best affiliate marketing software in 2026, compared

Transparency here is poor, so the table separates vendors publishing real numbers from vendors that quote only after a demo. Where a vendor publishes nothing, the cell says so rather than repeating a figure another blog invented.

Platform What it actually is Best for Published entry price (July 2026) Cut of partner revenue Finds partners for you
Partnerships AI BD agent plus B2B PRM Teams whose bottleneck is finding partners $79, $199, or $449 per month, flat None, ever Yes
Partnero Affiliate and referral tool SaaS, e-commerce, creators wanting flat unlimited pricing $49 per month billed annually ($59 monthly) None. 7% payout fee only on their managed payouts, $0 with your own PayPal or Wise No
impact.com Enterprise affiliate platform Large programs needing deep attribution and a marketplace Starter from $30, Essentials from $500, Pro from $2,500 per month Yes. Published 2.5% on partner-driven transactions, charged only when a sale occurs Marketplace discovery, not fit-ranked prospecting
PartnerStack B2B partner marketplace B2B SaaS wanting an existing partner marketplace Quote only, nothing published Confirm in writing. The marketplace model can involve a cut Marketplace discovery
Kiflo B2B PRM B2B SaaS organizing an existing program with CRM sync Core from $399 per month billed annually, 25 partners No No
PartnerTap Enterprise account mapping and co-sell Enterprise co-sell across many partners Quote only, nothing published. Free edition is self-signup No No
Introw CRM-native B2B PRM HubSpot or Salesforce teams whose partners skip the portal Quote only, nothing published No, but metered per partner and per seat No
Crossbeam Account mapping and ecosystem data Finding overlap with partners you already have Free at $0 (3 seats). Connector $4,800 per year No No

The vendors, and what each is actually best for

Partnero

Best for: SaaS, e-commerce, and creators who want a real affiliate program without a percentage tax.

Published price: Starter $49 per month billed annually ($59 monthly, 1 program, 1 team member). Partner $159 billed annually ($199 monthly, 3 programs). Enterprise from $599 per their pricing FAQ. Extra seats $29. A 30-day free trial.

The most transparent pricing in the category, and it is not close: no per-partner, per-transaction, or revenue limits on any tier. The 7% fee applies only to Partnero-managed payouts and is $0 if you connect your own PayPal or Wise. That is a fair structure and we would rather say so than pretend otherwise.

Honest weakness: not a B2B PRM. No CRM integration at all (Stripe, PayPal, Wise, Shopify, WooCommerce, Paddle, and an API, but nothing for Salesforce or HubSpot), no deal registration, no tiering, no MDF. Wrong shape entirely if partners work deals through your sales team.

impact.com

Best for: enterprise affiliate and performance programs that have outgrown everything else.

Published price: Starter from $30 per month, Essentials from $500, Pro from $2,500, Enterprise on request. Every tier reads "priced from," so treat those as floors. Plus a published 2.5% transaction fee on partner-driven transactions only, charged only when a sale occurs.

Deepest tracking and attribution in the category, an enormous partner marketplace, and automation that holds up at real scale. Running thousands of publishers, this is the serious answer.

Honest weakness: the 2.5% scales with your success. At $2M in partner-driven revenue that is $50,000 a year on top of the license, for software whose cost to serve you did not change. Heavy and complex for a small program.

PartnerStack

Best for: B2B SaaS wanting to tap an established two-sided marketplace.

Published price: quote only, nothing published. Launch, Growth, and Enterprise exist with zero dollar amounts on the page; numbers come in a demo.

The marketplace is the real product: an established base of B2B SaaS affiliates and resellers, strong activation tooling, payouts handled well. Being discoverable inside it has genuine value.

Honest weakness: no published pricing. You will see "$500 to $800 per month to start" and "a 3% to 15% commission override" quoted confidently across the web. Those are unverified third-party estimates, not vendor-published facts, and we will not present them as anything else. Ask directly, get it in writing. Fuller detail on our PartnerStack alternative page.

Kiflo

Best for: B2B SaaS teams organizing an existing partner program properly.

Published price: Core from $399 per month billed annually, including 25 partners (a 50 partner tier is available). Plus and Premier are quote only.

A clean, well-built B2B PRM with genuine two-way HubSpot and Salesforce sync and automated payouts. Often misreported, so worth stating: it is a flat rate with fixed partner tiers, not a per-active-partner meter, and users and partner programs are unlimited on every plan.

Honest weakness: it manages the partners you bring it and will not find them. If your list is empty, Kiflo is a very good filing cabinet.

PartnerTap

Best for: enterprise co-sell teams mapping accounts across many partners at once.

Published price: quote only, nothing published. Four editions (Free, Growth, Scale Up, Hyperscale). The Free edition is self-signup and maps unlimited accounts and opportunities with unlimited partners, which is unusually generous. Their page states no hidden consumption fees and no renewal pricing surprises.

Honest weakness: not a PRM, not an affiliate tool. No portal, onboarding, commissions, or payouts. If you arrived here searching for affiliate software, this is not it, though the free mapping tier is worth knowing about separately.

Introw

Best for: HubSpot or Salesforce teams who want partners transacting without ever logging into a portal.

Published price: quote only, nothing published. Starter, Pro, Scale, Enterprise, metered per partner and per seat.

The CRM-native design is the interesting part: two-way sync, and partners work through email and Slack instead of a portal they would otherwise ignore. Portal login rates are the quiet failure of most PRM deployments, and Introw sidesteps the problem rather than fighting it.

Honest weakness: young and small (founded 2023). HubSpot and Salesforce only, so a Pipedrive shop is out. Per-partner pricing punishes exactly the wide long-tail programs affiliate buyers tend to run.

Crossbeam

Best for: finding customer and prospect overlap with partners you already have.

Published price: Free at $0 with 3 full-access seats. Connector $4,800 per year, extra seats $1,800 per user per year, Sales seats $40 per user per month on higher tiers. Supernode and Enterprise custom. Paying monthly on Connector adds a 10% surcharge.

Best in class at what it does, and the free tier is real rather than a trial.

Honest weakness: not an affiliate tool in any sense. It finds overlap with partners you already have. It cannot recruit anyone and it will not pay a commission.

Partnerships

Best for: teams whose actual bottleneck is finding the right partners in the first place.

Published price: Starter $79, Growth $199, Scale $449 per month. Enterprise, talk to us. Flat, published, never a percentage of partner revenue.

Every other product here starts after you have partners. Ours starts before. The BD agent discovers ideal partner companies ranked by a transparent fit score with the reasons spelled out, drafts outreach for a human to approve (it never auto-sends), then onboards partners and tracks referral and co-sell revenue in one place. That first step is the one the category skips, which is why teams buy good affiliate management software and then discover the hard part was never the software.

Honest weakness: if all you need is affiliate link tracking and payouts for an e-commerce store, Partnero is cheaper and more focused, and you should buy Partnero. We are built for teams who need to build a partner list, not teams who have one and need to track clicks.

What is affiliate marketing software?

Affiliate marketing software gives partners unique tracking links, attributes the clicks and conversions those links generate, calculates commissions against your rules, and pays partners out. Most products add a portal, application flows, fraud checks, and reporting. It is the operational layer under a performance-based partner program.

The category began as link tracking and grew outward. Modern affiliate program software bundles a signup portal, creative hosting, tiered commission rules, cookie window settings, and payout rails through PayPal, Wise, or Stripe. What almost none of it does is tell you which affiliates to recruit. That is still assumed to be your job.

How much does affiliate marketing software cost?

Affiliate marketing software costs roughly $50 to $200 per month for SMB tools (Partnero starts at $49 billed annually, ours at $79), $400 to $600 for mid-market (Kiflo Core is $399), and $2,500 or more for enterprise (impact.com Pro starts at $2,500). Several vendors publish nothing at all.

The sticker price is the easy part. The metering model determines your real cost:

  • Percentage of partner revenue. impact.com publishes 2.5% on partner-driven transactions. The biggest long-run variable, and it grows precisely as your program works.
  • Per-partner metering. Introw meters per partner. Kiflo uses fixed partner tiers (25 or 50 on Core), which is not the same thing. Plan 200 small affiliates and per-partner pricing hurts.
  • Per-seat. Partnero charges $29 per extra seat, Crossbeam $1,800 per user per year beyond the free tier.
  • Payout fees. Partnero's 7% applies only to their managed payouts and is $0 on your own PayPal or Wise. Read this clause everywhere; it is often where the real money sits.
  • Billing terms. Crossbeam adds 10% for monthly payment on Connector.

Model three years at projected partner revenue, not one month. A 2.5% fee on a program doing $5M looks nothing like the same fee on $50K, and no pricing page does that math for you. Our numbers are on the flat pricing page and do not move as your program grows.

Do I need affiliate software or an affiliate network?

Software runs your program on your terms: you own the affiliate relationships, the data, and the payout rules. A network rents you access to an existing pool of publishers and takes a cut. Use software if you can recruit affiliates yourself. Use a network if distribution is the thing you lack.

The tradeoff is ownership versus reach. Networks and marketplaces put you in front of publishers already hunting for offers, which is real value from a standing start. You pay with a percentage, less control of the relationship, and an affiliate list that is not entirely yours.

Most teams land in the middle: run your own software, recruit deliberately, treat a network as a supplement rather than the program. Recruiting content affiliates well means understanding their economics. Publishers earn from traffic, so the partners worth having are the ones who can keep a steady stream of review content going, and the ones to court hardest already rank for the comparison terms your buyers search. Helping them publish more, with data, product access, and honest positioning, beats a commission bump. Starting from zero, our guide on how to start an affiliate program covers the sequence.

What should I look for in affiliate marketing software?

Look at six things: whether the vendor takes a percentage of your partner revenue, whether it finds partners or only manages them, tracking and attribution quality, how payouts actually work, CRM integration if you run a sales motion, and what gets metered as you grow. Contract terms matter more than the headline price.

Does it take a cut of your revenue

Ask directly, get it in writing. A percentage feels painless at low volume and compounds into your largest software line item at high volume. Flat pricing ties the vendor's revenue to the software they built rather than the program you built. Most buyers ask this last. Ask it first.

Does it find partners or only manage them

Nearly every product here assumes your list exists. If your program has 4 affiliates and needs 40, a management tool does not solve your problem. Be honest about which half of the lifecycle is broken before you shortlist anything.

Tracking and attribution

Check cookie window configuration, cross-device handling, server-side tracking, and how conflicts between two partners touching one sale resolve. Bad attribution destroys partner trust faster than a late payment.

Payout handling

Who moves the money, what it costs, which countries are covered, whether tax forms are handled. Partnero is instructive: the same product costs 7% or 0% depending purely on which rail you pick.

CRM integration

Irrelevant for pure affiliate programs. Essential the moment a rep touches a partner deal. Partnero has none, which is fine for its audience and disqualifying for a B2B channel program.

What is metered as you grow

Partners, seats, transactions, revenue, or nothing. Model your program at 3x today and see which number moves.

Contract and renewal terms

Ask about renewal uplift caps, mid-term partner overage charges, and implementation fees. PartnerTap explicitly states no renewal pricing surprises on its page, which is worth asking every other vendor to match in writing.

How to run your own comparison

  1. Name the category. Affiliate tool, B2B PRM, or account mapping. Getting this wrong wastes the whole evaluation.
  2. Name your bottleneck. Finding partners, tracking them, paying them, or proving results.
  3. Model three years at projected volume, including percentage fees, payout fees, and seat growth.
  4. Get unpublished pricing in writing. If a vendor will not put its model in an email, that tells you something.
  5. Run one real partner through each finalist before signing.

If your program is already full of partners and you need clean tracking and payouts, buy Partnero and stop reading comparison posts. If you need to build the partner list itself, that is the problem we work on.
