Everflow pricing is quote-only. Its pricing page is a request form that asks for your monthly affiliate payouts and your business type, and its FAQ requires a six-month commitment on every plan. The one price Everflow lists anywhere is on its current Shopify App Store listing: $950 a month plus a $500 setup fee, described as payout-based tier pricing. On the six-month minimum, that puts the first term at $6,200 before any commission you pay partners.
Many review sites still quote a different number, $1,495 a month plus $500, which came from an older Shopify listing that is no longer available. Below is what Everflow publishes, what it leaves out, what the six-month term means in dollars, and how its entry price compares with impact.com, Awin and TUNE at four program sizes.
How much does Everflow cost?
Everflow sells every plan through sales. The quote is set by two things the form asks for: how much you pay affiliates each month, and whether you are a brand, a network, an agency or a publisher. The payout bands on the form run from "No payouts yet" through under $10,000, $10,000 to $50,000, $50,000 to $250,000, and $250,000 up to $1 million and more. Those bands are a fair guide to how the price steps up.
| Item | What Everflow publishes | Where |
|---|---|---|
| Plan prices | None. Request form only | everflow.io/pricing |
| Listed entry price | $950 a month, payout-based tier pricing | Shopify App Store listing, launched February 27, 2025 |
| Setup fee | $500 | Shopify App Store listing |
| Minimum term | Six-month commitment on Everflow plans | Pricing page FAQ |
| What sets the quote | Monthly affiliate payouts and business type | Pricing request form |
| Percentage of sales | None listed. Pricing is tiered by payouts | Shopify App Store listing |
| Everflow Plus | Paid upgrade, price not published | Everflow help center |
Read the $950 as the entry tier, not the price for every program. "Payout-based tier pricing" means the fee rises as your monthly payouts move into a higher band, and Everflow does not publish where the $950 tier ends. If your payouts are already above $10,000 a month, expect a higher quote and ask for it in writing.
What does the six-month commitment cost you?
Everflow's FAQ says it requires a six-month commitment "so we have enough time to help you scale." At the listed entry price that is $5,700 in platform fees plus the $500 setup, or $6,200 committed before you know whether the program works. A full first year at the same tier is $11,900.
That is the real decision point for a smaller brand. Month-to-month tools let you stop paying the month a test fails. Everflow asks you to fund half a year up front, in exchange for hands-on onboarding, a customer success manager and full migration of an existing program "with no data loss." For a network or an agency moving a live program, that help is worth a lot. For a brand launching its first affiliate program, it is a large bet on an unproven channel.
Before you sign, get four things written into the order form: the monthly fee for your payout band, the fee when you cross into the next band, the setup or onboarding fee, and what happens at the end of the six months, including whether the agreement renews on its own and how much notice you must give to leave.
Why do review sites list $1,495 a month for Everflow?
Because they copied an old listing. Everflow's earlier Shopify app, at apps.shopify.com/everflow, now shows "This app is not currently available on the Shopify App Store." Several pricing roundups still quote $1,495 a month plus a $500 setup fee from it. The current listing, Everflow Partner Platform, shows $950 a month plus $500. Other directories report an entry point around $750 a month, which no Everflow page confirms. When you compare quotes, start from the live listing and your own written quote, not from a roundup.
Everflow vs impact.com, Awin and TUNE on price
The rivals buyers usually set against Everflow all publish a number, so the comparison can be done in dollars. impact.com starts at $30 a month on Starter and $500 on Essentials, plus a 2.5% fee on partner-driven transactions. Awin Accelerate starts at $99 a month plus 2.5% of the sale value. TUNE Scale is $1,500 a month paid annually and includes 2,500 conversions a month. Everflow has no percentage fee on its listing, which changes the shape of the bill.
The table shows each vendor's platform fee at four levels of monthly partner sales, using Everflow's $950 entry tier. Commissions to partners come on top of every column.
| Monthly partner sales | Everflow (entry tier) | impact.com Starter ($30 + 2.5%) | impact.com Essentials ($500 + 2.5%) | Awin Accelerate ($99 + 2.5%) | TUNE Scale |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| $10,000 | $950 | $280 | $750 | $349 | $1,500 |
| $25,000 | $950 | $655 | $1,125 | $724 | $1,500 |
| $50,000 | $950 | $1,280 | $1,750 | $1,349 | $1,500 |
| $100,000 | $950 if still in the entry band, likely higher | $2,530 | $3,000 | $2,599 | $1,500 |
The crossover points tell the story. impact.com Essentials costs more than Everflow's entry tier once partner sales pass $18,000 a month. Awin Accelerate passes it at about $34,000, and impact.com Starter at about $36,800. Below those levels, the percentage-fee platforms are cheaper and need no six-month term. Above them, a flat payout-based fee starts to pay for itself, as long as your payouts stay inside the band you were quoted. At a 10% commission, $100,000 of monthly sales means $10,000 of payouts, which sits on the line between Everflow's first two bands, so the last row is the one to confirm with sales.
There is a second wrinkle on the impact.com side: its help center bills Essentials differently from its plans page once payouts pass $2,500 a month. Our impact.com pricing breakdown covers that, and Everflow vs impact.com compares the two platforms feature by feature. For the Awin numbers at six sales levels, see Awin pricing.
How much does Everflow Plus cost?
Everflow does not publish a price for Everflow Plus. It is a paid upgrade that adds a dedicated account manager, live technical support in your time zone, priority chat and scheduled weekly calls with the support team. Everflow's help center lists it under additional services. Capterra lists it as a separately quoted plan. If you expect to lean on Everflow's team after launch, ask for the Plus price alongside the base quote, because it is easy to budget for the platform and forget the service layer.
Is Everflow worth the price?
Everflow is worth it for buyers who need its depth. It tracks CPA, CPC and CPM offers at the placement level, handles networks and agencies running many advertiser programs, integrates with Shopify, BigCommerce, WooCommerce, ClickFunnels and ClickBank, and is SOC 2 certified. A network or an agency with real payout volume gets a lot for a flat fee, and the onboarding and migration help reduce the risk of moving a live program.
It is a harder sell for a brand that is just starting. You cannot see a price without a sales call, you commit to six months, and the platform assumes you already have partners to track. That last point is the one most brands underestimate. One question buyers put to answer engines is why Everflow gets criticized on partner discovery, and the honest answer is that it is a tracking and payments platform first. It measures the partners you bring. It does not go out and find them.
Everflow also tracks paid media alongside affiliates, so agencies often run both from one dashboard. If the paid side is the part your team struggles to staff, an AI media buyer that builds and runs campaigns from a URL and a budget can take that work off the people who manage your partner program.
What should you buy instead of Everflow?
It depends on what you are short of. If you need tracking at a published price with no long term, impact.com Starter, Awin Access and Accelerate, and the SaaS-focused tools in our affiliate software pricing comparison all let you start month to month. If you are weighing networks that never publish a rate at all, Commission Junction pricing shows how to turn a CJ quote into a number you can compare with Everflow's flat fee.
If you are short of partners rather than tracking, a tracking platform will not fix that. Partnerships researches the companies that already reach your buyers, such as complementary brands, agencies, resellers and integration partners, ranks them by a fit score with the reasons shown, drafts the first outreach for a person on your team to approve, and then tracks the revenue each partner brings. Plans are published at $47, $119 and $269 a month billed yearly, with no share of partner revenue and no six-month commitment. Our full Everflow alternative comparison sets the two side by side.
Does Everflow integrate with Shopify?
Yes. Everflow lists launch integrations for Shopify, BigCommerce, WooCommerce, ClickFunnels and ClickBank, and its current Shopify App Store listing, Everflow Partner Platform, installs directly into a store. That listing is also where the $950 a month and $500 setup price appears. It has no reviews yet, so ask Everflow for a reference customer on Shopify if that is your platform.
Does Everflow charge a percentage of sales?
Not on its listed pricing. Everflow describes its price as payout-based tiers: a flat monthly fee set by how much you pay partners, rather than a cut of every sale as impact.com and Awin take. That makes Everflow cheaper as sales grow inside a band and more expensive when you are small. Confirm in your order form that no transaction fee applies to your plan.
Can you cancel Everflow before six months?
Everflow's FAQ states a six-month commitment on its plans, so plan on paying for the full term. If you need an exit clause, for example tied to a launch date or a payout threshold that never arrives, negotiate it into the order form before you sign. Once the term is running, the commitment is what you agreed to.
