GoAffPro pricing has three published tiers and one quoted tier. Hobby is free, Premium is $49 a month, Business starts at $99 a month, and Enterprise is priced on request. GoAffPro takes no percentage of your affiliate sales on any plan, and every tier lists unlimited affiliates, unlimited sales and unlimited revenue. For most Shopify and WooCommerce stores, that makes it the cheapest affiliate app on published prices once referral sales pass a few thousand dollars a month.
The headline prices are easy to find. What is harder to find is a straight answer on three things buyers actually ask before they install it: what the free plan leaves out, what makes Business cost more than $99, and how the bill compares with UpPromote once a percentage fee is in play. GoAffPro's own pages do not fully agree with each other on the first two, so this review quotes each source and says where they differ.
How much does GoAffPro cost?
GoAffPro's pricing page at goaffpro.com lists four tiers. The Shopify App Store listing shows two of them (Free and Premium), billed through Shopify every 30 days in US dollars, with a 15-day free trial on Premium.
| Plan | Price | Fee on affiliate sales | Recommended for | What it adds |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Hobby (Free on Shopify) | $0 | None | Under 100 orders a day | Affiliate portal, unlimited affiliates, sales and revenue, welcome emails, analytics, post-checkout popup |
| Premium | $49 a month | None | Over 100 orders a day | Branded portal on your own domain, targets and bonuses, multiple groups and signup pages, multi-level marketing, membership fees, tax plugin and payout scheduler, S2S callbacks, third-party integrations |
| Business | From $99 a month | None | Programs where affiliates are the core channel | Automations, custom compensation plans, MLM level compression, vanity subdomain links, fraud management tools |
| Enterprise | Custom quote | Not published | Large or custom programs | Dedicated account manager, custom mobile apps for affiliates, custom features and pages |
No annual price is published for any tier, so plan on monthly billing. Partner commission is paid on top of every plan, and that is true of every tool in this category.
Is GoAffPro free?
Yes. The Hobby plan, shown as Free on the Shopify App Store, costs nothing and does not cap affiliates, sales or revenue. GoAffPro recommends it for stores doing fewer than 100 orders a day, which is a recommendation on the pricing page rather than a stated hard limit. A store averaging $60 an order would need about $180,000 a month in total sales to pass that mark.
Where the two GoAffPro sources disagree is the portal. The Shopify listing puts a branded affiliate portal on the Free plan. The pricing page on goaffpro.com lists a "basic affiliate portal" on Hobby and reserves "branded affiliate portal" for Premium. In practice the Shopify listing also says the portal on a custom domain is a Premium feature, so read it this way: the free portal works and can carry your logo, but running it at affiliates.yourbrand.com costs $49 a month.
The free plan is a real affiliate program, not a trial. What it leaves out is the operational layer a growing program needs: payout scheduling, tax form collection, multiple commission groups, bonuses and integrations with your email or CRM tools. If you are paying more than a handful of affiliates each month, those are usually the reason to move to Premium.
What makes GoAffPro Business cost more than $99?
GoAffPro does not publish it. The pricing page says Business "starts at $99/mo", and GoAffPro's documentation for the Business plan says the same and asks merchants to email the company to upgrade. Neither page states a ladder, a sales threshold or an order count that moves the price.
Some comparison articles say Business scales with affiliate sales in fixed steps. That may be how quotes work in practice, but we could not find it on any GoAffPro page, so treat $99 as a floor and ask for the number in writing before you migrate. The question to put in the email is simple: what will Business cost at your current monthly affiliate revenue, and at double it.
Does GoAffPro take a percentage of sales?
No. None of GoAffPro's published plans charges a transaction fee or a share of affiliate revenue. The price stays the same whether affiliates drive $2,000 or $200,000 a month. That is the main reason it wins on cost against apps such as UpPromote, Social Snowball and Refersion, which all add a percentage on most of their plans. Against Refersion the gap is widest: at $50,000 a month of affiliate sales Refersion Growth costs $1,199, and GoAffPro vs Refersion runs the bill at six sales levels.
GoAffPro vs UpPromote on price
UpPromote is the app GoAffPro is most often compared with, and it is where the fee difference shows up most clearly. UpPromote charges $29.99 a month plus 2% of approved referral sales on Growth, $89.99 plus 1.5% on Professional and $199.99 plus 1% on Enterprise, with a free plan that covers $3,000 of referral sales a month. The table puts both on the same footing. UpPromote figures use the cheapest UpPromote plan at each level, before review caps.
| Monthly affiliate sales | Cheapest UpPromote plan | UpPromote monthly cost | GoAffPro Premium | GoAffPro Business (floor) |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| $3,000 | Free | $0 | $49 | $99 |
| $5,000 | Growth | $129.99 | $49 | $99 |
| $10,000 | Growth | $229.99 | $49 | $99 |
| $25,000 | Enterprise | $449.99 | $49 | $99 |
| $50,000 | Enterprise | $699.99 | $49 | $99 |
| $100,000 | Enterprise | $1,199.99 | $49 | $99 |
At $50,000 a month in affiliate sales the gap between UpPromote Enterprise and GoAffPro Business is about $600 a month, or roughly $7,200 a year, as long as the Business quote stays near its floor. At $10,000 a month it is $181 against Premium. Below $3,000 a month UpPromote's free plan is cheaper than any paid GoAffPro plan, and GoAffPro's own free plan is cheaper still.
Two corrections to figures you will see elsewhere. GoAffPro's comparison page against UpPromote still shows Premium at $29 a month and UpPromote Growth at $21.99, and neither matches either vendor's current pricing page. One widely shared comparison says GoAffPro Premium "stays at $99" at $10,000 of sales, which mixes up Premium ($49) with the Business floor ($99). The full feature-by-feature version, including UpPromote's referral review caps and its affiliate marketplace, is on our GoAffPro vs UpPromote comparison, and the plan-by-plan breakdown of the other side is in UpPromote pricing and the fee on every referral sale.
What you get for the price, and what you give up
GoAffPro's case is breadth for very little money. Besides Shopify it lists WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Wix, Magento, PrestaShop, Ecwid, Squarespace and Webflow among supported platforms, so a brand that sells on more than one storefront or plans to leave Shopify is not locked in. UpPromote is built for Shopify only. Multi-level commissions, which UpPromote reserves for Professional at $89.99, are on GoAffPro Premium at $49.
What you give up is mostly service and ecosystem. UpPromote runs an affiliate marketplace where creators look for programs to join, and Social Snowball and Refersion each sell their own recruiting features. GoAffPro is a tracking and payout tool. It will not bring affiliates to you, so the program is only as big as the list you build. GoAffPro is operated by ARV TECH, a company based in Haryana, India, according to its pricing page, which matters to US teams mainly for support hours. Ask what coverage you get in your time zone before you depend on it during a launch.
Payouts are the other hidden cost of a cheap tool. Premium's payout scheduler batches affiliate payments, but the PayPal or bank transfers still land on your statement as lump sums that someone has to tie back to individual affiliates at month end. If finance does that by hand today, it is worth setting up bank reconciliation software that matches the statement to your books before the program grows, because a few dozen affiliates paid twice a month turns into a long reconciliation session quickly.
Is GoAffPro good?
For a cost-sensitive store that already knows its affiliates, yes. It has the lowest published price in the Shopify affiliate category, no revenue share, broad platform support and a free plan that runs a real program. It is a weaker fit for a brand that needs the vendor to find affiliates, wants a managed service, or needs a hard Business price before signing, since that tier is quoted.
On the Shopify App Store GoAffPro carries a 4.6 rating from more than 950 reviews, which is a reasonable signal that the core tracking works for most stores. Read the one-star reviews before installing anyway. They are where you find the edge cases that matter to your setup, such as subscription apps, headless storefronts or coupon stacking.
When GoAffPro is the wrong purchase
Every app in this category, GoAffPro included, assumes your partners are individuals: creators, customers and content sites who share a link or a code. That covers most direct-to-consumer programs. It does not cover the partners that often move the most revenue for a growing brand: complementary brands to bundle and co-market with, agencies that build stores for your customers, and retailers or distributors who could resell.
Those partners do not browse affiliate marketplaces and they do not apply through a signup page. Someone has to find them, check they sell to the same buyers, and write to them. That is what Partnerships does. It researches companies that already reach your customers, ranks them by a fit score with the reasons shown, drafts the first outreach for a person on your team to approve, and tracks the revenue each partner brings. It costs a flat $47, $119 or $269 a month billed yearly and takes no share of partner revenue. Many brands run it alongside an affiliate app rather than instead of one. If you are still choosing the affiliate side, our UpPromote alternatives compared on price and the Social Snowball pricing breakdown cover the other apps on the same shortlist.
GoAffPro pricing questions
Does GoAffPro have a free trial?
Yes. The Premium plan has a 15-day free trial on the Shopify App Store. The Hobby plan is free with no time limit, so you can also run a program on it first and upgrade when you need branded domains, payout scheduling or integrations.
Does GoAffPro offer annual billing?
Not on its published pricing. Both the goaffpro.com pricing page and the Shopify listing show monthly prices only, and Shopify bills app charges every 30 days. If an annual rate matters to your budget, ask for it when you request a Business or Enterprise quote.
Is GoAffPro cheaper than UpPromote?
Above $3,000 a month in affiliate sales, yes, on published prices. GoAffPro Premium is a flat $49 with no percentage, while UpPromote adds 1% to 2% of approved referral sales on every paid plan. Below $3,000 a month UpPromote's free plan costs nothing, and so does GoAffPro Hobby.
Does GoAffPro work with WooCommerce?
Yes. GoAffPro lists WooCommerce among its supported platforms alongside Shopify, BigCommerce, Wix, Magento, PrestaShop, Ecwid, Squarespace and Webflow. The pricing tiers are the same across platforms on its pricing page, though the Shopify App Store listing is the only place billing runs through the platform itself.
