Tolt pricing is $69 a month on Basic for up to $10,000 a month in affiliate revenue, $99 on Growth for up to $20,000, $199 on Pro for up to $50,000, and a quoted Enterprise plan above that. Tolt takes 0% of your sales and every plan starts with a 14-day free trial without a card. The cost most buyers miss is the 2% processing fee on automatic payouts, which starts on Growth.

Tolt is an affiliate tracker for SaaS companies that bill through Stripe, Paddle or Chargebee. Its price list is short and public, which makes it easy to compare. The catch is that two things move your real bill: the affiliate revenue band you land in, and whether you let Tolt send payouts for you. Below is every plan as Tolt publishes it today, what you actually pay at five revenue levels, and how that compares with FirstPromoter and Rewardful.

How much does Tolt cost?

These are the figures on tolt.com/pricing. Every plan includes unlimited affiliates and unlimited referrals. The meter is the monthly revenue your affiliates bring in.

PlanMonthly priceAffiliate revenue limitTeam membersProgramsPayouts
Basic$69Up to $10,000 a month32Manual only
Growth$99Up to $20,000 a month55Automatic, 2% processing fee
Pro$199Up to $50,000 a monthUnlimitedUnlimitedAutomatic, 2% fee, custom payout methods
EnterpriseQuoteAbove $50,000 a monthUnlimitedUnlimitedAutomatic, 2% fee, priority support

Basic already includes a custom affiliate domain (affiliates.yourdomain.com), a branded portal, a resources page for creatives, custom commissions per affiliate and double-sided rewards through coupons. Growth adds automatic payouts by PayPal, Wise, local bank transfer, crypto or wire, invoices for affiliates, W-9 and W-8 collection with 1099 filing, and customizable email notifications. Pro removes the "powered by Tolt" link and adds a dedicated Slack channel.

Some software directories still show a $49 Basic plan. That is an old price. The current entry price on Tolt's own page is $69.

Does Tolt have annual pricing?

Not on its pricing page. Tolt lists monthly prices only, with no annual toggle and no "two months free" offer. That matters when you compare it with FirstPromoter and Rewardful, which both discount yearly billing to ten months for twelve. A year of Tolt Growth is $1,188. A year of Rewardful Growth on annual billing is $990, and FirstPromoter's middle plan is $990 a year as well.

What does the 2% payout fee add to your bill?

It can add more than the plan itself. Tolt lists a 2% processing fee on automatic payouts on Growth, Pro and Enterprise. If you let Tolt pay your affiliates, plan for that 2% on top of the subscription, on the commissions you send out.

Here is what that looks like at a 25% commission rate, which is common for SaaS affiliate programs:

Affiliate revenue a monthTolt planCommissions at 25%2% on those payoutsMonthly total with auto payouts
$12,000Growth $99$3,000$60$159
$20,000Growth $99$5,000$100$199
$35,000Pro $199$8,750$175$374
$50,000Pro $199$12,500$250$449

At the top of the Growth band the fee equals the plan price, so Growth effectively costs $199. You can avoid it by paying affiliates yourself through PayPal or your bank and marking payouts as paid, which is how Basic works anyway. Whether that trade is worth it depends on how many affiliates you pay each month. Ten payouts is a short task. Two hundred is a part-time job, and that is when the 2% starts to look reasonable.

Tolt cost at five revenue levels

Tolt, FirstPromoter and Rewardful all price by affiliate revenue, but their bands break at different points. That means the cheapest tool changes as your program grows. These are subscription prices only, monthly billing, before any payout fees.

Affiliate revenue a monthToltFirstPromoterRewardfulCheapest
$5,000$69$49$49FirstPromoter or Rewardful, by $20
$10,000$69$99$99Tolt, by $30
$15,000$99$99$99Tie
$20,000$99From $149From $149Tolt, by $50 or more
$40,000$199From $149From $149Depends on the quote above $149

The pattern is simple. Under about $7,500 a month Tolt is the most expensive of the three. Between $7,500 and $20,000 it is the cheapest or tied, because its first two bands are wider. Above $20,000 Tolt's jump to $199 can put it behind tools whose higher plans start at $149, so get a written number from FirstPromoter or Rewardful before you assume. We go through the band-by-band math in FirstPromoter vs Tolt pricing and Tolt vs Rewardful.

Which Tolt plan do you need?

  • Basic ($69) fits an early SaaS program with a handful of affiliates and under $10,000 a month in referred revenue, where the founder is happy to send payouts by hand.
  • Growth ($99) is the plan most US companies end up on, and the reason is tax paperwork more than revenue. It is the first plan that collects W-9 and W-8 forms and files 1099s, which you need for every US affiliate you pay $2,000 or more in a year (the 1099-NEC threshold for paying affiliates from 2026, up from $600).
  • Pro ($199) makes sense above $20,000 a month, with more than five people on the team, or when you run more than five programs, for example separate programs per product or per region.
  • Enterprise applies above $50,000 a month in affiliate revenue. Tolt does not publish the price, so ask for it in writing and ask whether the 2% payout fee is negotiable at that volume.

Does Tolt have a free trial?

Yes. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial and no credit card is required. Tolt also lists a 30-day refund policy: you can ask for a full refund within 30 days of paying, no questions asked. Use the trial to connect Stripe or Paddle, send one test referral through an affiliate link and check that the commission appears. Fourteen days is too short to see a payout cycle, so the refund window is the real safety net.

Does Tolt take a cut of affiliate sales?

No. Tolt lists 0% commission on every plan. Your costs are the subscription, the commissions you choose to pay affiliates, and the 2% processing fee if you use automatic payouts. That puts it in the same camp as FirstPromoter and Rewardful, and well below networks that charge a share of every sale. Our affiliate software pricing guide lays out which tools meter revenue and which take a percentage.

What does Tolt integrate with?

Tolt's pricing FAQ says it works with SaaS products that bill through Stripe or Paddle, and its help center has a setup guide for Chargebee as well. Shopify and Bubble are listed as integrations Tolt is working on. If your billing runs through anything else, or you sell outside a subscription checkout, Tolt is not the right tracker today.

Tolt has changed its price list more than once since launch, which is why third-party pages disagree. If you are pricing your own SaaS against rivals that move just as often, tracking competitor pricing pages automatically saves you from finding out from a lost deal.

When is Tolt the wrong tool?

Tolt is built for one job: tracking links and coupons shared by individual affiliates, such as customers, creators and bloggers, and paying them. It does that well and at a fair price in the $7,500 to $20,000 range.

It does not help you find partners. If the partners you need are companies (a complementary SaaS tool your buyers already use, an agency whose clients match your ICP, an integration partner that can co-sell), none of them will come through an affiliate signup form. That is the gap Partnerships fills. It researches partner companies, ranks them by a fit score with the reasons shown, drafts the first outreach for someone on your team to approve, and tracks the revenue each partner brings. Plans are $47, $119 or $269 a month billed yearly, flat, with no percentage of partner revenue. You can compare the two approaches on our Tolt alternative page, or see the Partnerships plans.

Tolt pricing FAQ

How much does Tolt cost per month?

Tolt costs $69 a month on Basic for up to $10,000 in monthly affiliate revenue, $99 on Growth for up to $20,000, and $199 on Pro for up to $50,000. Above $50,000 a month, Enterprise is quoted. Automatic payouts on Growth and above carry a 2% processing fee on top.

Is Tolt cheaper than Rewardful?

Only in some bands. Rewardful is $20 cheaper under $7,500 a month in affiliate revenue. Tolt is $30 cheaper from $7,500 to $10,000, the same price from $10,000 to $15,000, and at least $50 cheaper from $15,000 to $20,000. Rewardful's annual billing discount narrows Tolt's lead, since Tolt lists no yearly price.

Is Tolt cheaper than FirstPromoter?

Under $5,000 a month, no: FirstPromoter starts at $49 against Tolt's $69. From $5,000 to $10,000, Tolt is $30 cheaper. From $15,000 to $20,000 Tolt stays at $99 while FirstPromoter moves to $149 or more. Above $20,000, compare Tolt Pro at $199 with FirstPromoter's quote.

What happens if I go over my Tolt revenue limit?

Tolt's pricing page shows each limit as "up to" a monthly amount and does not spell out what happens when you cross it. Expect to move to the next plan, and ask Tolt support during the trial how and when the change is applied, so a strong month does not surprise you.
