PartnerTap pricing is quote-only for every paid edition. Its pricing page lists four editions, Free, Unlimited Account Mapping, Unlimited Co-Selling and Unlimited Agentic Co-Selling, and shows no dollar figure for the three paid ones. The Free Edition costs nothing and includes unlimited users, partners, records and pipeline sharing, capped at five report downloads. The only paid price PartnerTap lists anywhere is on AWS Marketplace: a Small Business Starter Pack at $500 a month on a one-month contract, with up to 17% off on a 12-month contract.
That makes PartnerTap unusual in this category. The free tier is generous where competitors are tight, and every edition is priced the same way on users: unlimited. The money question is what you need beyond plain account mapping, because attribution, co-sell workflows and the API all sit behind a sales call. Below is what each edition includes, what the AWS listing tells you about the entry price, what review sites get wrong, and how the cost compares with Crossbeam, Introw and WorkSpan.
How much does PartnerTap cost?
PartnerTap costs $0 for the Free Edition, and every paid edition is quoted. Buttons on the paid edition cards say "Talk to sales," and the page carries no price, no billing term and no FAQ. The one published paid number is the AWS Marketplace listing from PartnerTap, Inc., where the Small Business Starter Pack shows $500 a month. That works out to $6,000 a year on monthly terms, or roughly $4,980 a year at the full 17% annual saving.
| Item | What PartnerTap publishes | Where |
|---|---|---|
| Paid edition prices | None. "Talk to sales" on all three | partnertap.com/pricing |
| Free Edition | $0, unlimited users, partners, records and pipeline sharing, up to 5 report downloads | partnertap.com/pricing |
| Users per edition | Unlimited on every edition, free and paid | partnertap.com/pricing |
| Small Business Starter Pack | $500 a month on a one-month contract | AWS Marketplace listing |
| Annual discount | 12-month contract, "save up to 17%" | AWS Marketplace listing |
| MCP, API, Data Lake Exporter | Paid add-ons on the two middle editions, included in Agentic Co-Selling | partnertap.com/pricing |
| Salesforce Managed Package | Listed as a paid add-on | partnertap.com/pricing |
Treat the $500 as an entry point, not a quote for your program. The AWS description of the same pack also says "Contact PartnerTap for pricing," and the pack's name does not match any of the four editions on PartnerTap's own site. Ask sales which edition the Starter Pack maps to before you compare it with anything.
What each PartnerTap edition includes
The editions stack. Each one adds a layer on top of the one before, and users, partners and records stay unlimited throughout. What changes is how much you can do with the overlap once you have found it.
| Feature | Free | Unlimited Account Mapping | Unlimited Co-Selling | Unlimited Agentic Co-Selling |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Price | $0 | Quote | Quote | Quote |
| Users, partners, records | Unlimited | Unlimited | Unlimited | Unlimited |
| Pipeline sharing | Unlimited | Unlimited | Unlimited | Unlimited |
| Report downloads | Up to 5 | Unlimited | Unlimited | Unlimited |
| Multi-partner triangulation | No | Yes | Yes | Yes |
| Automated attribution and revenue reports | No | Yes | Yes | Yes |
| Co-sell and P2P workflows | No | No | Yes | Yes |
| Role-based access controls | No | Yes | Yes | Yes |
| MCP, API, Data Lake Exporter | No | Paid add-on | Paid add-on | Included |
The step most teams actually need is the first paid one. Free tells you which accounts overlap with each partner. It does not tell you which partner touched a closed deal, so the moment your CFO asks what the partner program produced, you are on Unlimited Account Mapping. The Co-Selling edition is for teams whose reps work deals with partner reps every week. Agentic Co-Selling is the data edition: it is the one to buy if you want PartnerTap overlap data flowing into your warehouse, your own AI agents through MCP, or internal tools through the API.
Is PartnerTap free?
Yes, the Free Edition is free with no time limit, and it is the most generous free account mapping tier we have seen. PartnerTap describes it as "unlimited account mapping and pipeline sharing with any partner, at no cost," with unlimited users and records. The real cap is five report downloads. There is no multi-partner triangulation, no attribution tracking and no co-sell workflow on it.
Free use also spreads through invitations. When an enterprise customer of PartnerTap invites a partner to map accounts, the partner can join without paying. If a large partner has already invited you, you may not need to buy anything to start mapping with them.
Why review sites list different PartnerTap plans
Because the plans were renamed and the directories did not follow. PricingSaaS still shows Free, Growth, Scale Up and Hyperscale. Capterra and GetApp list Free, Ecosystem Essentials and Enterprise, and describe the model as per user. None of that matches the current pricing page, which uses the four "Unlimited" edition names and states unlimited users on every edition. Older summaries also describe a free tier capped at five partner spreadsheets, while the current Free Edition lists unlimited partners and puts the cap on report downloads instead. When you budget, work from the live pricing page and your written quote, not a directory.
Is PartnerTap cheaper than Crossbeam?
For a team of more than one person, usually yes on list price. Crossbeam publishes its prices: Free for up to three seats with account mapping capped at 50 records, Connector at $4,800 a year with one full-access seat, and extra seats at $1,800 per user per year. PartnerTap charges nothing per user on any edition. Seat count is where the gap opens.
| Full-access users | Crossbeam Connector, per year | PartnerTap Starter Pack, monthly terms | PartnerTap Starter Pack, 12 months at 17% off |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | $4,800 | $6,000 | About $4,980 |
| 3 | $8,400 | $6,000 | About $4,980 |
| 5 | $12,000 | $6,000 | About $4,980 |
| 10 | $21,000 | $6,000 | About $4,980 |
Two cautions on that table. First, the PartnerTap column assumes the AWS Starter Pack is the edition you need and that it carries the unlimited-user promise of the website editions, which you should confirm in writing. Second, Crossbeam's paid tiers include things PartnerTap prices separately or does not list, such as an annual pool of Crossbeam Credits for AI access and a larger partner network on the free side. Crossbeam's full plan detail, including the 10% surcharge for paying monthly, is in our Crossbeam pricing breakdown, and Crossbeam vs PartnerTap compares the two products on fit rather than price.
How PartnerTap pricing compares with Introw and WorkSpan
| Tool | Published price | Free tier | Built for |
|---|---|---|---|
| PartnerTap | Quote only. AWS Starter Pack $500 a month | Unlimited mapping, 5 report downloads | Account mapping and enterprise co-sell |
| Crossbeam | Connector $4,800 a year, higher tiers quoted | 3 seats, mapping capped at 50 records | Account mapping across a large partner network |
| Introw | Quote only, tiered by partner count | Starter, 1 partner and 3 internal users | Partner portal and co-sell inside HubSpot or Salesforce |
| WorkSpan | Quote only. Example listing package $39,000 year one | None | Cloud marketplace co-sell at enterprise scale |
| Partnerships | $47, $119 and $269 a month billed yearly, Enterprise $499 | One-time demo workspace | Finding and recruiting new partner companies, then running the program |
We build Partnerships, so weigh the last row accordingly. It does not do account mapping against a partner's CRM, so it does not replace PartnerTap or Crossbeam. It solves the problem that comes before them: account mapping only pays off once you have partners worth mapping with. For the other two, see Introw pricing and WorkSpan pricing, and if you are already shortlisting replacements, our PartnerTap alternatives page compares the field.
What to get in writing before you sign
Because nothing paid is published, the order form is your price list. Five items matter most.
- Which edition the quote covers. The website and AWS use different names, so get the edition name on the order form.
- The user count. The site says unlimited users on every edition. Make sure the contract says the same, because the AWS listing mentions per-user billing for AI features.
- Add-on prices. MCP, API, Data Lake Exporter and the Salesforce Managed Package are add-ons below the top edition. If you need two of them, price the Agentic Co-Selling edition too, because it may be cheaper than add-ons.
- Term and renewal. AWS offers one-month and 12-month contracts. Ask whether a direct contract is annual only and how much notice ends it.
- Attribution scope. If attribution is why you are buying, confirm which CRM objects it reads and how it credits a deal that several partners touched.
Attribution reports answer the partner side of the revenue question. If your leadership also wants to see how partner-sourced deals compare with paid search, events and email, that is a job for dedicated marketing analytics software sitting next to your partner data, not a feature PartnerTap lists.
Questions buyers ask before choosing PartnerTap
Does PartnerTap charge per user?
No, not on its pricing page. Every edition, including Free, lists unlimited users, unlimited partners and unlimited records. Directory listings that call PartnerTap "per user" are describing an older plan structure. The AWS Marketplace listing does mention per-user billing in its AI insights section, so confirm the user terms in your order form.
Can you buy PartnerTap on AWS Marketplace?
Yes. PartnerTap, Inc. sells the PartnerTap Ecosystem Co-Selling Platform on AWS Marketplace with a Free Edition at $0 and a Small Business Starter Pack at $500 a month on a one-month contract, plus a 12-month option that saves up to 17%. Buying through AWS can draw down an existing AWS spending commitment, which is often the deciding reason to use it.
What is not included in PartnerTap's free edition?
The Free Edition leaves out multi-partner triangulation, automated attribution tracking, pipeline and revenue attribution reports, co-sell and partner-to-partner workflows, role-based access controls, and the MCP, API and Data Lake Exporter. You also get only five report downloads. Mapping and pipeline sharing themselves are unlimited.
Is PartnerTap worth paying for?
It is worth it when your partners are large companies with their own sales teams and you need proof of which partner moved which deal. That is what the first paid edition buys. If you have only a few partners, the Free Edition covers the mapping, and the money is better spent finding more partners first.
If the real gap is too few partners
Account mapping software assumes you already have partners whose customer lists overlap with yours. Partnerships finds those companies: it ranks agencies, integration partners and resellers already selling to your buyers by a fit score with the reasons shown, drafts first outreach for someone on your team to approve, and tracks each relationship once it signs. Plans are published at $47, $119 and $269 a month billed yearly. Compare the Partnerships plans or start with the partner search at the top of this page.
