Channeltivity no longer publishes a price. As of August 30, 2026 its pricing page lists three unpriced tiers, Growth, Mid-Market and Enterprise, sized by how many partners you have rather than how many seats you buy, and each one ends in a request for a walkthrough. Until mid-2026 the company did publish flat monthly rates: $1,899 a month for the Standard edition and $2,199 a month for the HubSpot and Salesforce editions. Those figures have been withdrawn and should be treated as history, not as a quote.

How much does Channeltivity cost?
There is no published figure today. Channeltivity restructured its pricing during 2026, moving from named editions with visible monthly rates to three tiers that carry no numbers at all. The page describes each tier by program scale and then asks you to book a personalized walkthrough. That is the honest answer, and the change itself is the useful finding, because Channeltivity used to be one of a small handful of vendors in enterprise partner management that told you the price before the call.
What has not changed is the meter. The tiers are sized by partner count and operational complexity, and the vendor is unusually direct about why. In its own words: "Partner programs don't fit seat-based pricing, so we tailor everything to your structure and scale." That single sentence tells you more about the eventual bill than most vendors disclose, so it is worth taking at face value when you plan the conversation.
What are Channeltivity's pricing tiers?
Three tiers, none priced, each defined by the size and shape of the program rather than by feature gates you can read off a grid.
| Tier | Sized for | Typical situation | Published price |
|---|---|---|---|
| Growth | Around 100 partners or dealers, single region | Moving off spreadsheets and email for the first time | None |
| Mid-Market | Hundreds of partners across multiple regions | Structured approvals, regional teams, real reporting needs | None |
| Enterprise | Thousands of partners, multiple program types | Resellers, distributors and referral motions running at once | None |
The practical consequence is that you should be able to predict your tier before the first call, which is more than you can do with most rivals. Count your active partners, count your regions, count your distinct program types, and you will know roughly which conversation you are about to have. What you will not know is the number attached to it.
What did Channeltivity used to cost?
Until mid-2026 the pricing page carried flat monthly figures. Standard was $1,899 a month. Two CRM-integrated editions, one for HubSpot and one for Salesforce, were each $2,199 a month, adding native sync to everything in Standard. Additional modules were sold separately on top.
Those numbers are worth knowing for one reason only: they are the last figures the vendor itself stood behind, so they set a rough floor for what this class of product cost in this category. They are not a quote, they were withdrawn, and a program with a thousand partners in four regions was never going to pay Standard-edition money anyway. If a salesperson or a comparison site quotes you $1,899 today, that is a stale number being recycled, not an offer.
You will also find current dollar estimates for Channeltivity on software marketplaces and review aggregators. Those are assembled from buyer-reported deals of unknown size and age. We have deliberately not reprinted them here, because a number nobody can trace back to the vendor is worse than no number at all.
Why did Channeltivity stop publishing prices?
The company has not issued a statement, so the honest answer is that we do not know. What we can observe is the direction of travel across the whole category, and Channeltivity moving to quote-only takes the last mid-market holdout with it.
The pattern is now stark. Impartner has never published a figure at all, and impartner.com/pricing has returned a 404 on seven separate checks across 2026. PartnerStack lists three tiers and confirms pricing during a demo. Channelscaler, formerly Allbound, publishes a floor of $50,000 per module a year. ZINFI, going the other way entirely, publishes the most detailed price grid in enterprise partner management, with exact monthly figures at two partner-count breakpoints and a module matrix. The category has effectively split into vendors who show you everything and vendors who show you nothing, with very little in between.
For a buyer the effect is procedural rather than philosophical. You cannot build a three-year cost model or run a shortlist on a spreadsheet without booking discovery calls with most of the vendors first. That is real calendar time, and it is worth knowing at the start rather than three weeks in. Our partnership management software comparison tracks which vendors publish what, so you can sequence the calls that are actually necessary.
What is included in Channeltivity?
Channeltivity is a focused channel PRM rather than a modular estate, which is the main reason its tiering is simpler to reason about than Impartner's. The platform covers partner recruitment with scoring and automated outreach, a branded partner portal, deal registration with real-time pipeline visibility, market development funds, training and certification, and performance analytics on partner health and program ROI.
The company states that it manages more than $4 billion in active channel revenue across its customer base. Take that as a scale indicator rather than a product claim, but it does say something about the kind of program the platform is built to hold.
Does Channeltivity integrate with Salesforce and HubSpot?
Yes, and native CRM sync has long been one of its strongest arguments. Channeltivity names Salesforce, HubSpot and Microsoft Dynamics 365 as native integrations, and lists NetSuite, SAP, Zapier, Zoho, Okta, Crossbeam, Slack, Stripe and LinkedIn among the wider set. The Enterprise tier is where the heavier ERP connections such as SAP and NetSuite are positioned.
This matters commercially as well as technically. Under the old pricing, native CRM integration was the difference between the $1,899 Standard edition and the $2,199 HubSpot and Salesforce editions, so it was explicitly a paid upgrade. Ask directly whether CRM sync is included at your tier now, because the packaging changed and the answer is no longer visible on the site.
Is Channeltivity worth it for a program under 100 partners?
Usually not yet, and the vendor's own tiering hints at the same thing by putting roughly 100 partners at the entry point. Below that, a PRM is mostly a filing cabinet for relationships you could still manage in a shared document, and the implementation effort is the same whether you have 20 partners or 120.
The harder question, and the one that actually decides program outcomes, is whether you have the right partners at all. Partner relationship management assumes a list of signed partners exists and gives you somewhere to put them. It does not find them. That gap is why most early programs stall: the software is fine and the pipeline of partner companies is empty. Sizing a tier honestly means being clear about where your program actually sits today, and a structured organizational maturity assessment beats a gut feel when you are about to commit to a multi-year contract based on a maturity band a vendor assigned you.
How Channeltivity compares to its closest rivals on price transparency
| Vendor | Publishes a price? | What the price scales on |
|---|---|---|
| Channeltivity | No, since mid-2026 | Partner count and program complexity, explicitly not seats |
| Impartner | No, pricing URL returns 404 | How many of its 20 modules the quote includes |
| PartnerStack | No, confirmed during a demo | Program size, feature needs, support level |
| Channelscaler (formerly Allbound) | Yes, a floor | $50,000 per module a year, all-inclusive |
| ZINFI | Yes, in full | Partner-count breakpoints plus a module matrix |
| Partnerships | Yes, in full | Flat plan price, no cut of partner revenue |
If price transparency is itself a shortlisting criterion, that table is your shortlist. If it is not, the useful takeaway is that Channeltivity and Impartner will both take a sales cycle to price, so start those conversations first. We compare the two directly in Impartner vs Channeltivity, and against the highest-priced entry point in the category in Allbound vs Channeltivity.
How to get a real number out of the sales process
Four questions do most of the work, and all four are easier to ask before a demo than after.
Ask what partner count moves you from Growth to Mid-Market, and what happens to the bill on the day you cross it. A meter based on partner count is only predictable if you know where the breakpoints sit, and a program that grows 40% in a year needs to know whether that triggers a re-tier at renewal or immediately.
Ask what is excluded from the platform fee. Implementation, data migration, custom integration work, sandbox environments and premium support are the usual separate lines. A quote that looks competitive on the platform fee can lose to one that bundles implementation.
Ask whether native CRM sync is included at your tier. Under the old packaging it was a paid upgrade, and the current page does not say.
Ask for renewal terms up front. Uplift caps, auto-renewal notice periods and what happens if your partner count falls are all negotiable at signature and almost never afterwards. Then get every quote at the same partner count and the same term length, or you are not comparing anything.
The question pricing does not answer
Whatever Channeltivity quotes you, the platform starts working on the day you already have partners worth managing. It administers a program; it does not build one. For most teams the binding constraint is not portal features or a monthly rate, it is that the list of partner companies worth recruiting has never been assembled, and the work of finding them keeps losing to whatever is urgent that week.
That is the part we built for. Our AI agent continuously surfaces reseller, referral, integration and co-marketing companies ranked by a transparent fit score with the reasons shown, then drafts the outreach for a person to edit and approve, and it never sends on its own. Pricing is flat and published at $79, $199 and $449 a month, with no percentage of partner revenue. If you are weighing this against the incumbents, our Channeltivity alternative comparison sets them side by side. Run your own product on the tool above to see which partner companies we would find for you.
