Partnership management software comparison: 14 partner relationship management software platforms, pricing and features side by side

Comparing partner platforms is harder than it should be, because most of the category will not tell you what it costs. Seven of the fourteen platforms below publish nothing at all, and the seven that do publish meter on seven different units: a named partner member, an active partner with portal access, a partner organization, a partner count band, a module, an internal seat, and a percentage of what partners sell. Two quotes that look similar can be built on completely different arithmetic.

This page is the comparison we keep for our own competitive research, published because buyers keep asking for it. Every figure was read off the vendor pricing page rather than repeated from a roundup, and the date each one was checked is stated. Where a vendor publishes nothing, the table says so instead of guessing.

The short answer

How do partnership management software platforms compare on price?

Seven of the fourteen partner management platforms below publish a price, and seven do not. impact.com Starter starts at $30 a month plus a 2.5 percent transaction fee, Salesforce Partner Cloud at $25 per partner member per month, Kiflo at $399 a month for 25 partners, Magentrix at $1,500, ZINFI at $1,750, Channelscaler at $50,000 per module per year, and Crossbeam publishes seat prices above a free tier. PartnerStack, Impartner, Zift, Channeltivity, Introw and PartnerTap all route you to a form. The number that matters is not the headline price but the unit it is metered on, because each vendor counts something different.

Partnership management software pricing compared, August 2026

Every figure was read off the vendor pricing page in August 2026. Where a cell says no published price, that vendor genuinely publishes none: the pricing link opens a request form or the page returns a 404. Re-check any number before it goes into a business case, because this category rewrites its pricing pages often.

Platform Published price, August 2026 What the price is metered on Who it fits
Salesforce Partner Cloud $25 per partner member/mo for PRM, $50 for Partner Ecosystem Management, billed annually Partner members, per named person Teams already standardized on Salesforce, where the PRM inherits the CRM object model
Kiflo Core $399/mo for 25 partners, up to 50. Plus and Premier are talk to sales. 10 percent off annual Active partners, where an active partner has at least one portal user. Users per partner are unlimited A first formal partner program under about 50 partners
Magentrix Essentials from $1,500/mo, Advanced from $3,000/mo, Unlimited on request. Month to month adds 10 percent Your choice of per partner organization or per partner user. Not per module Mid-market channel programs that need MDF, which sits in Advanced not Essentials
ZINFI (Unifyr) Starter $1,750/mo to 100 partners or $2,250 to 250. Professional $2,850 to 100 or $3,500 to 250. Enterprise on request. All billed annually Partner count bands, with lifecycle apps capped at 6, 10 or all 30 Programs that want a wide app suite and can commit annually
Channelscaler (formerly Allbound) From $50,000 per module per year, fixed for the contract term Modules, all inclusive within the module Hardware and distribution channels. Overbuilt for most SaaS partner programs
Crossbeam Free tier $0 with up to 3 seats. Connector $4,800/yr includes 1 full-access seat, extra seats $1,800/user/yr. Sales seats $40/user/mo on Supernode and Enterprise only. Monthly payment adds 10 percent Internal seats, split between core seats and sales seats Account mapping and ecosystem overlap, not full partner lifecycle management
PartnerTap Free Edition $0, capped at 5 partner spreadsheets with unlimited automated account mapping. Growth, Scale Up and Hyperscale are quote only Editions, with site wide licenses available. No consumption fees Co-selling and account mapping for enterprise sales teams
Introw Starter is free with 1 partner and 3 internal users. Pro, Scale and Enterprise are quote only Tier bands based on how many partners you manage Small teams wanting a free start before committing to a quote
PartnerStack No published price. Launch, Growth and Enterprise each end in a demo booking Not disclosed. Marketplace access is bundled into every tier SaaS affiliate and reseller programs, if you can live without a public price
Impartner No published price. Four PRM editions (Emerge, Ignite, Pro, Enterprise) and every pricing link opens a request form Modules, so a PRM quote is not a partner marketing quote Large channel organizations with a procurement process and time to run it
Channeltivity No published price. Growth, Mid-Market and Enterprise, described by partner scale of roughly 100, hundreds, and thousands Not disclosed. The vendor states explicitly it does not price by seat Established channel programs sized in the hundreds of partners
Zift Solutions No published price and no pricing page. /pricing, /pricing/ and /plans-pricing/ all return 404 Not disclosed Through channel marketing at enterprise scale
impact.com Starter from $30/mo, Essentials from $500/mo, Pro from $2,500/mo, Enterprise on request, plus a 2.5 percent fee on partner-driven transactions. Published at /plans-b2b/, not /pricing/ A monthly platform fee plus a percentage of what partners actually sell Large affiliate, influencer and referral programs where a revenue share is acceptable
Partnerships Flat from $79/mo, published, no percentage of partner revenue and no marketplace tax A flat plan. Not per partner, not per payout Teams whose hard problem is finding partners worth signing, not just administering the ones they have

Prices verified against each vendor pricing page in August 2026. Kiflo, Channeltivity, Introw, PartnerTap and impact.com were re-read on August 20, 2026, and impact.com has restored published pricing at /plans-b2b/ after months with no public rate. Free tiers from Crossbeam, PartnerTap and Introw are real but narrow, and each is capped on a different unit.

Why it works

What your team gets with software comparison

Compare the metering unit, not the price

A $399 plan capped at 50 partners and a $1,500 plan sold per partner organization cross over at a partner count you can calculate in advance. Work out where your program lands before the first demo.

Assume the useful feature is a tier up

MDF, deal registration and partner marketing are consistently packaged above the entry plan across this category. Price the tier that contains what you actually need, not the one in the headline.

Ask what the tool does before you have partners

Every platform here administers partners you already signed. Partnerships also finds them, scores them on fit with the reasons shown, and drafts the outreach for a human to approve.

What it handles

Find the partner, draft the outreach, track the revenue

Partnerships surfaces ideal partner companies ranked by fit, drafts the first-touch message for you to approve, and tracks the referral and co-sell revenue each one drives, all in one place.

  • See every published partner platform price in one table
  • Know which vendors publish nothing before you book a demo
  • Compare metering units so two quotes become comparable
  • Find and score partners, not just administer the ones you have
  • Track referral, co-sell and campaign revenue on one definition

In depth

The questions buyers actually ask when comparing partner platforms

Taken verbatim from what people type into Google and into AI assistants when they are shortlisting. Short answers first, detail after.

How do different partnership management platforms compare on pricing?

They compare badly, because seven of fourteen publish a price and each of those seven meters on a different unit. Salesforce charges per named partner member ($25, or $50 for Partner Ecosystem Management). Kiflo charges per active partner ($399/mo for 25). Magentrix lets you choose per partner organization or per partner user. ZINFI sells partner count bands. Channelscaler sells modules at $50,000 a year each. Crossbeam charges for internal seats. impact.com charges a platform fee from $30/mo and then takes 2.5 percent of partner-driven sales, which is the only model here where the bill grows with your success.

The practical method is to convert every quote to cost per active partner per month at the partner count you expect in eighteen months, not today. A per seat model looks cheap at 20 partners and painful at 300. A banded model looks expensive at 20 and flat at 300. The crossover is arithmetic, and asking the rep to run it in the quote is a fair request that also tells you how confident they are in their own model.

What are the cheapest partner ecosystem management software pricing models

The genuinely free options are Crossbeam Free, PartnerTap Free Edition and Introw Starter, and all three are narrow. Crossbeam Free covers account mapping. PartnerTap Free caps you at five partner spreadsheets. Introw Starter allows one partner and three internal users. Among paid plans, impact.com Starter at $30 a month is the lowest published entry, though it adds 2.5 percent of partner-driven transactions on top. Salesforce Partner Cloud at $25 per partner member per month is the lowest published per person rate, and Kiflo at $399 a month for 25 partners is the lowest published flat rate.

Cheap is not the same as cheapest to run. A free account mapping tool that still leaves you tracking deal registration in a spreadsheet has moved the cost rather than removed it. Price the whole workflow you need, then compare.

What partnership management software is best suited for SMBs building their first formal partner program?

For a first program, the constraint is almost never features. It is that you do not yet have enough partners for the software to manage. A portal built for 300 resellers is dead weight when you have nine. The platforms that fit an SMB starting out are the ones with a real entry price and a low partner floor: Kiflo at $399 a month for 25 partners, Introw with a free single partner tier, or Partnerships at $79 a month flat.

The question worth asking a vendor is what the product does in month one, before any partner has signed a thing. If the honest answer is that it waits for you to add partners, you are buying an admin system for a problem you do not have yet.

What partnership management software do enterprise teams trust most?

At enterprise scale the shortlist narrows to Impartner, ZINFI, Zift Solutions, Salesforce Partner Cloud and Channelscaler, and the deciding factor is rarely the partner portal. It is whether the platform mirrors your CRM object model, whether it handles multi tier distribution, and whether it can run a partner program in more than one region under different rules.

All of these except Salesforce are quote only, which means an enterprise evaluation starts with procurement rather than a trial. Budget for that timeline. Impartner in particular sells by module, so a PRM quote and a partner marketing quote are separate numbers, and the first quote you receive is unlikely to be the whole system you were shown in the demo.

Which partnerships management software offers the best partner portal and deal registration features?

Deal registration is where the category separates. Magentrix, Impartner, ZINFI, Channeltivity and Kiflo all ship registration with approval workflow and CRM sync. PartnerStack is the notable exception at entry level: its Launch plan asks you to choose either affiliate link tracking or lead and deal registration, and full access to both sits in Enterprise. Crossbeam and PartnerTap do not do deal registration at all, because they solve account mapping instead.

The portal itself is close to commoditized. What still varies is whether a registered deal writes back into your CRM as a real record with a timestamp, because that timestamp is the only thing that makes partner sourced revenue defensible in a QBR. Our guide to deal registration covers what to test in the demo, and deal registration incentive software covers how to get partners to actually file.

What do user reviews say about the top partnerships management platforms for managing reseller and affiliate networks?

Review sites are useful for one thing here and misleading for another. They are useful for spotting operational complaints that never appear in a demo: slow support, painful CRM sync, clunky partner onboarding. They are misleading on fit, because the same product gets five stars from an affiliate manager and two from a channel director, and the category mixes both audiences under one heading.

Read reviews filtered to your own motion. Reseller and channel programs and affiliate programs need different software, and a platform rated highly for affiliate payouts may have no deal registration at all. Sorting the affiliate side is covered in our affiliate software pricing comparison.

Which partnership management solution makes scaling partner programs easier?

Scaling breaks in two places. The first is recruitment: administering partners is easy, finding good ones is not, and no portal solves it. The second is attribution, when three partners all claim a hand in the same deal and nobody can prove who influenced what.

Platforms with banded or flat pricing scale more predictably than per seat models, because the cost of adding your two hundredth partner is known in advance. For the attribution half, one shared definition of partner sourced revenue matters more than the tool, which is why we keep partnership tracking software and its comparison of what each tool can actually attribute as a separate page.

Do these platforms offer a free trial or only a demo?

Mostly a demo. Crossbeam, PartnerTap and Introw offer free tiers rather than trials, so you can use them indefinitely within tight caps. Kiflo grants a trial on request rather than by default. PartnerStack, Impartner, ZINFI, Zift and Channeltivity all gate evaluation behind a booked call, and impact.com publishes a price but still routes you through a demo.

That is worth factoring into your timeline. A category where seven of fourteen vendors require a sales conversation before you can see a price means a realistic shortlist takes weeks, not an afternoon. Start the quote requests before you finish the requirements document, not after.

Where to read the detail on each vendor

Every platform in the table has its own write-up here, each with the pricing we verified and an honest note on where that vendor beats us. Start with PartnerStack, Impartner, ZINFI, Magentrix, Kiflo, Channeltivity, Introw, Crossbeam, PartnerTap, impact.com, Zift Solutions, Channelscaler and Salesforce Partner Cloud.

If your shortlist is narrower than the whole category, the roundups are quicker: best partner program management software ranks the channel side, and best partner ecosystem management software covers the account mapping and ecosystem end.

What features should a partnership management software comparison actually cover?

Six things, in roughly this order of how often they decide the deal. Deal registration with a CRM writeback and a real timestamp. Partner onboarding, including whether partners can self serve. CRM integration depth, meaning whether it maps a fixed field list or mirrors your object model including custom objects. Attribution, meaning whether the platform can distinguish partner sourced from partner influenced revenue. MDF and incentives, which almost always sit a tier up. And payouts, if affiliates or referral partners are in scope.

Notice what is not on that list: the number of features. Every vendor in this table has a long feature grid and most of it goes unused. The comparison that matters is the six workflows you will run every week.

Good questions

Questions about software comparison

Seven of the fourteen compared here. impact.com ($30, $500 and $2,500 a month plus 2.5 percent of partner-driven sales), Salesforce Partner Cloud ($25 and $50 per partner member per month), Kiflo (Core at $399 a month for 25 partners), Magentrix (Essentials from $1,500 a month), ZINFI (Starter from $1,750 a month), Channelscaler (from $50,000 per module per year) and Crossbeam, which publishes seat pricing above a free tier. Everyone else routes you to a request form.
Yes in practice. Partner relationship management (PRM) is the formal category name and partnership management software is the phrase buyers type. Gartner is now transitioning the market to partner and ecosystem relationship management (PERM), which widens the scope to technology and ecosystem partners rather than only resellers.
At the low end a published flat plan runs from $79 to $399 a month, and free tiers exist from Crossbeam, PartnerTap and Introw within tight caps. Mid-market channel suites start between $1,500 and $2,850 a month billed annually. Enterprise platforms are quote only, and separate implementation and integration costs are common, so ask what is in the subscription and what is not.
