Affonso pricing starts at EUR 19 a month for Launch, EUR 39 for Growth and EUR 99 for Elite on monthly billing, or EUR 15, EUR 29 and EUR 79 a month billed yearly. Enterprise starts at EUR 149 a month. Each plan is capped on the monthly revenue your affiliates bring in ($1,000, $10,000 and $30,000), and going over costs $19 per extra $1,000. There is no transaction fee and every plan has unlimited affiliates.

Affonso is an affiliate tracker built for SaaS companies that sell through a subscription checkout. On price alone it is the cheapest published ladder among the SaaS affiliate tools we track. Three details decide what you actually pay, though, and most comparison pages skip all three: the prices are in euros while the caps are in dollars, the yearly and monthly rates differ by up to EUR 20 a month, and the overage meter can cost less (or more) than upgrading. Below is every plan as Affonso publishes it, the real yearly bill at four revenue levels, and how it stacks up against FirstPromoter, Rewardful and Tolt.

How much does Affonso cost?

These figures come from affonso.io/pricing. The meter on every plan is affiliate-attributed revenue per month, meaning sales that Affonso tracked through an affiliate link cookie or coupon. Direct sales do not count toward the cap.

PlanBilled monthlyBilled yearlyAffiliate revenue capTeam seatsManaged payouts

EliteEUR 99 a monthEUR 79 a month (EUR 948 a year)$30,000 a monthUnlimitedYes, fees may apply

The pricing page shows the yearly rate by default, with the monthly price crossed out on Launch and a "Save EUR 120 per year" or "Save EUR 240 per year" line on the others. That is how we derived the monthly prices for Growth and Elite: EUR 29 plus EUR 10 a month saved is EUR 39, and EUR 79 plus EUR 20 is EUR 99. Affonso's own structured data on the same page lists 15, 39, 99 and 149 as the plan prices, which matches.

Every plan includes unlimited affiliates, unlimited referrals, unlimited programs, coupon tracking, API access, webhooks and Slack or Discord alerts. Growth adds managed payouts (Affonso pays your affiliates), the MCP and Segment integrations and more email finder credits for affiliate recruiting. Elite removes the seat and group limits.

Is Affonso priced in euros or dollars?

Both, which is the detail US buyers should check before they sign up. Affonso charges in euros, but every revenue cap and the overage rate are written in US dollars. One euro has cost more than one dollar for years, so EUR 29 lands on a US card as more than $29, and the exact figure moves with the exchange rate each month. Your bank may also add a foreign transaction fee on a euro charge, depending on the card.

It rarely changes the ranking in the comparison below, because on its cheapest path Affonso's euro figures sit well under its rivals' dollar figures. It does mean your software line will not be the same number every month, which matters if finance books SaaS spend against a fixed budget. If you run a lot of foreign-currency subscriptions, alerts when SaaS spend drifts above budget catch the creep before the quarter closes.

What happens if you go over the Affonso revenue cap?

Your checkout keeps working, because Affonso never sits in the payment flow. According to its help center you then have two options: upgrade to a plan with a larger cap, or pay overage at $19 per additional $1,000 of affiliate-attributed revenue, billed at the end of the cycle. Affonso also says it notifies you before you reach a limit and does not shut off a program mid-month.

The part to take seriously is the third path. If you neither upgrade nor pay, Affonso warns that new affiliate signups, commissions on new referrals and tracking can pause. An affiliate whose sale goes untracked does not care whose fault it was. Decide in advance which of the two paid options you will use, and set a billing reminder for strong months.

Is the overage cheaper than upgrading?

Only for small overshoots. On yearly billing, Growth costs EUR 29 a month and Elite EUR 79, a step of EUR 50 a month. Overage is $19 per $1,000 above the $10,000 Growth cap. Here is how the two paths compare at a few levels of affiliate revenue:

Affiliate revenue a monthStay on Growth and pay overageUpgrade to EliteCheaper path
$11,000EUR 29 + $19EUR 79Overage
$12,000EUR 29 + $38EUR 79Overage
$13,000EUR 29 + $57EUR 79About even, depends on the exchange rate
$15,000EUR 29 + $95EUR 79Elite
$20,000EUR 29 + $190EUR 79Elite, by a wide margin

The same logic holds on monthly billing, where the step from Growth (EUR 39) to Elite (EUR 99) is EUR 60, so the break-even sits slightly higher, around $3,000 over the cap. The rule of thumb: if a spike is a one-off launch month, pay the overage. If you have crossed $13,000 two months running, upgrade. Upgrades and downgrades are prorated, so moving back down after a seasonal peak costs nothing extra.

What does Affonso cost per year at your revenue?

This table puts Affonso next to the three tools SaaS founders compare it with most, using each vendor's published yearly price where one exists. It covers the software fee only, not the commissions you pay affiliates.

Affiliate revenue a monthAffonso (yearly)FirstPromoter (yearly)Rewardful (yearly)Tolt (monthly only)
$800EUR 180 (Launch)$490 (Starter)$490 (Starter)$828 (Basic)
$6,000EUR 348 (Growth)$990 (Business)$490 (Starter)$828 (Basic)
$12,000EUR 948 (Elite), or EUR 348 + $456 overage on Growth$990 (Business)$990 (Growth)$1,188 (Growth)
$25,000EUR 948 (Elite)From $1,490From $1,490$2,388 (Pro)

Affonso has the lowest software cost at three of the four levels. The exception is $12,000 a month, where Elite at EUR 948 converts to more than the $990 FirstPromoter and Rewardful charge, so the cheaper Affonso path there is staying on Growth and paying overage. The gap is widest at the low end: a program doing $800 a month in affiliate revenue pays EUR 180 a year on Affonso against $490 on FirstPromoter or Rewardful. In the middle band Rewardful closes most of it, because its $49 Starter plan runs to $7,500 a month. We go through the head-to-head band by band in FirstPromoter vs Affonso pricing, and the wider market in our affiliate software pricing guide.

Which Affonso plan do you need?

  • Launch (EUR 15 yearly, EUR 19 monthly) fits a brand-new program with one person running it and under $1,000 a month in referred sales. You pay affiliates yourself, since managed payouts start on Growth.
  • Growth (EUR 29 yearly, EUR 39 monthly) is where most SaaS programs land. The $10,000 cap is wide, five seats cover a small team, and managed payouts save you a monthly round of PayPal transfers.
  • Elite (EUR 79 yearly, EUR 99 monthly) makes sense once you are consistently above roughly $13,000 a month in affiliate revenue, or need more than five seats or groups (for example separate commission groups for agencies, creators and customers).
  • Enterprise (from EUR 149 a month) applies above $30,000 a month. Ask for the overage terms in writing at that level, since the public $19 rate is quoted against the published plans.

Early-stage startups can apply for Affonso's startup program, which takes 50% off in the first year, 25% in the second and 10% in the third.

Does Affonso have a free trial?

Yes. Launch, Growth and Elite each start with a 14-day free trial, and Affonso's FAQ lists a 14-day money-back guarantee on all plans. Use the trial to connect Stripe or Paddle, push one test referral through an affiliate link and one through a coupon, and confirm both commissions appear. Then open Billing, where Affonso shows your current month's revenue usage against the cap, so you know how close you are before your first real month.

What does Affonso integrate with?

Every plan lists Stripe, Paddle Billing, Polar, Creem and Dodo Payments, plus an API, webhooks, an SDK and a CLI. Chargebee is not on the list. If your subscriptions run through Chargebee or Recurly, FirstPromoter is the closer fit, and our Affonso alternative page compares the options for that case.

When is Affonso the wrong tool?

Affonso is a good, cheap way to track individual affiliates: customers, creators and bloggers who share a link and earn a commission. It is the wrong tool when the partners who move revenue are other companies, such as an agency whose clients match your buyers, a complementary SaaS product with an integration, or a reseller. Those partners do not sign up through an affiliate form. They have to be found and approached.

That is what Partnerships does. It researches the companies already selling into your market, ranks them by a fit score with the reasons shown, drafts the first outreach for someone on your team to approve and send, and tracks each relationship and the revenue it brings. Plans are $47, $119 or $269 a month billed yearly, flat, with no revenue cap and no share of partner revenue. See the Partnerships plans or how it works on the partner recruitment software page.

Affonso pricing FAQ

How much does Affonso cost per month?

Affonso costs EUR 19 a month on Launch, EUR 39 on Growth and EUR 99 on Elite when billed monthly, or EUR 15, EUR 29 and EUR 79 a month when billed yearly. Enterprise starts at EUR 149 a month. The plans cover up to $1,000, $10,000 and $30,000 a month in affiliate revenue.

Is Affonso cheaper than FirstPromoter?

Yes, at almost every level, as long as you pick the right Affonso path. FirstPromoter starts at $49 a month for up to $5,000 in affiliate revenue, while Affonso Growth is EUR 29 a month billed yearly for up to $10,000. The trade-offs are euro billing, an overage meter, no Chargebee integration and a much smaller vendor behind the product.

Is Affonso cheaper than Rewardful?

Yes, though the gap is smallest between $1,000 and $7,500 a month in affiliate revenue, where Rewardful Starter costs $490 a year against EUR 348 for Affonso Growth. Rewardful bills in dollars, charges no transaction fee and has no overage meter, which some finance teams prefer.

Does Affonso charge transaction fees?

No. Affonso's FAQ says it does not take a cut of your partner revenue and the subscription fee is all you pay. The only variable costs are overage at $19 per extra $1,000 above your cap and any fees on managed payouts, which the pricing page marks as "fees may apply" on Growth and Elite.

Can I change Affonso plans later?

Yes. Affonso says you can upgrade or downgrade at any time, the change takes effect immediately and billing is prorated. That makes it reasonable to start on Launch or Growth and move up only when the Billing page shows you are consistently near the cap.
