ZINFI and Zift Solutions land on the same enterprise PRM shortlists, and the first thing to fix is the naming. Zift Solutions is now Unifyr: ziftsolutions.com redirects to unifyr.com, and the Zift name has been removed from the site entirely. ZINFI is a separate company that never rebranded, and the two are routinely confused. On price they behave in opposite ways. ZINFI publishes the most detailed price grid in enterprise PRM, starting at $1,750 a month for up to 100 partners. Unifyr publishes nothing at all, and unifyr.com/pricing returns a 404.

Is Zift Solutions the same as ZINFI?
No. They are two separate companies that have competed against each other for years, and conflating them is one of the most common errors in this category. Zift Solutions rebranded to Unifyr. ZINFI did not rebrand and is still trading under its own name. If a comparison article, a directory listing or an AI assistant tells you that ZINFI is now Unifyr, that is wrong.
The error is easy to make and hard to spot, because the two names occupy the same mental slot: mid-to-enterprise PRM, channel marketing, partner portals, deal registration, MDF. We had this wrong on our own pages until August 2026 and corrected it across eight of them. The check takes ten seconds: load ziftsolutions.com and watch it redirect to unifyr.com, then load zinfi.com and watch it stay put.
One consequence worth knowing if you are researching Unifyr: the Zift name has been scrubbed from the current site. The homepage does not mention Zift Solutions anywhere. That means product documentation, case studies and reviews written under the Zift name are not linked from the current site, and you may have to search for them deliberately.
How much does ZINFI cost?
ZINFI publishes more pricing detail than any other enterprise PRM vendor we track, and it does so at two partner-count breakpoints rather than one. Starter is $1,750 a month for up to 100 partners and $2,250 a month for up to 250. Professional, which ZINFI marks as its most popular tier, is $2,850 and $3,500 at those same two breakpoints. Enterprise unlocks all 30 modules and moves to contact sales. Everything is billed annually.
Annual billing changes the real commitment more than buyers expect. Professional at 250 partners is $3,500 a month on the page, which is $42,000 a year signed up front, not a monthly bill you can stop. Run the annual figure through your approval process, not the monthly one.
ZINFI describes its published packaging as fixed-tier, list-price packaging for programs up to 250 partners, with no discount and no vertical split. That last clause is unusual and worth taking at face value: below 250 partners, the number is the number, regardless of your industry or how badly they want the logo.
How much does Unifyr cost?
Unifyr does not publish pricing. We checked unifyr.com/pricing on August 24, 2026 and it returns a 404, not a page with a form on it. There is no plan table, no starting-from figure, and no free tier. Every route into the product ends at Book a Demo.
What the site does tell you is scale. Unifyr organizes its solutions by growth stage, listing Enterprise for global programs, Mid-market for established channel programs, and Emerging for early growth stages, so it does claim to serve smaller programs. It also runs the site in five languages, English, Japanese, Chinese, Korean and German, which is a reliable indicator of an enterprise sales motion with regional teams behind it.
Practical advice for that first call: ask what the price meters on before you ask what it costs. Partner count, admin seats, modules, connected CRMs and marketing spend are all plausible units in this category, and over three years the unit matters more than the headline. Ask specifically whether the AI features carry a separate line, because agentic capability is where this category is currently adding charges.
Which one gives you a number faster?
ZINFI, and it is not close. Below 250 partners you can price ZINFI in about a minute without speaking to anyone, then take a real annual figure to finance before you have burned a single meeting. With Unifyr you cannot form a budget estimate at all until you have booked a demo, sat through discovery, and waited for a quote.
That gap has a procurement cost that rarely gets counted. If you are running a three-vendor evaluation on a quarterly timeline, one published price list lets you eliminate or confirm a vendor in an afternoon. Two quote-only vendors add two demo cycles, and the quotes come back on different units that do not divide into each other cleanly.
The counter-argument for quote-only vendors is real, though, so do not treat published pricing as automatically better. A vendor that quotes can shape the package to a channel that does not look like everyone else's, and a large multi-tier distribution program genuinely does not fit a list price. If your program is unusual, the sales call is buying you a fit that a price grid would not.
Where the money features sit in each
The most useful thing about ZINFI's published grid is that it shows you which capabilities are gated, and the gating is aggressive. Starter includes partner profiles, programs, a document library and co-branded assets, plus leads and registrations. Partner Learning Management and Partner Co-Selling Management appear at Professional. The features buyers most often assume are standard, market development funds, CPQ, rebates and rewards, sit in Enterprise only.
ZINFI also meters integration connectors as a separate unit, which almost nobody else in the category does openly: one connector on Starter, two on Professional, then a la carte. If you need Salesforce and HubSpot and a data warehouse, that is a line item, not an assumption.
Unifyr's published capability list covers PRM and partner management, channel sales, channel marketing, partner portals and learning management, plus a security and compliance track for enterprise teams. Its differentiator is agentic AI: Unifyr IQ ships named agents including Onboarding IQ, Campaign IQ and Ask IQ. It also publishes an Agent Connect MCP, which makes it one of a small group of partner platforms exposing an MCP endpoint that an AI assistant can call directly. Because none of it is priced publicly, you cannot tell which tier any of it lands in.
Which is better for a mid-size channel program?
For a program in the 50 to 250 partner range, ZINFI Professional at $2,850 to $3,500 a month is the most directly comparable enterprise option with a price you can verify, and the 250-partner breakpoint is generous enough that most mid-size programs never hit it. You can shortlist it without a meeting, which is worth something on its own.
Unifyr is worth the demo if the agentic AI is genuinely load-bearing for you, if you need regional language coverage, or if your channel spans distribution tiers that a list price cannot describe. Its Emerging tier suggests it will sell below enterprise scale, but you will not learn the number without asking.
Both vendors put real weight on channel marketing, which is where a lot of partner programs quietly stall. Getting partners to actually run campaigns means handing them assets shaped for the channels they use, and most teams underestimate how much production that takes. If that turns into the bottleneck, a tool that turns one campaign asset into versions for every channel will do more for partner-sourced pipeline than another module in the PRM.
What neither of them does
Both ZINFI and Unifyr are administration layers. They onboard, enable, train, register deals, run co-marketing and pay partners you have already recruited. Neither finds partner companies for you.
If your program is running and the problem is governance across hundreds of partners, that distinction does not matter and one of these two is probably the right call. If you have eleven partners and need sixty, a thirty-module platform does not move that number, and you would be paying enterprise money to administer a channel that does not exist yet. That is the gap our partner relationship management software is built for: describe what you sell and it surfaces reseller, affiliate, integration and co-marketing companies ranked by fit, with the reasoning shown, then drafts the outreach for you to approve. Pricing is flat and published at $79, $199 and $449 a month.
How to run this evaluation without wasting a quarter
Price ZINFI first, because you can, and use it as the reference number. Decide whether Professional's module set covers what you actually need or whether MDF, CPQ and rebates push you to Enterprise, because that jump is where the published grid stops helping.
Then take that figure into the Unifyr call and ask directly how their packaging compares at your partner count. Vendors answer that question more concretely when you arrive with a competitor's real number rather than a budget range. Ask both the same three questions in writing: what is the unit, what triggers an increase, and what does year two look like.
If you want the wider field before committing, our best partner relationship management software roundup covers the vendors that publish and the ones that do not, and the PRM software cost breakdown works through the pricing units this category uses.
