PartnerStack does not publish pricing. Its own pricing page lists three tiers (Launch, Growth, and Enterprise) with zero dollar amounts, and states that pricing depends on your partner program size, feature needs, and support level, with the final plan and price confirmed during a demo. Every dollar figure for PartnerStack circulating online is a third-party estimate from procurement-intelligence or affiliate sites, not from PartnerStack. Those estimates commonly cite roughly $500 to $2,500 per month plus a commission override, but none of it is confirmed by the vendor.

Last updated July 2026. Vendor pricing changes often. Every figure here was checked on the vendor's own pricing page on the date above.

How much does PartnerStack cost?

Nobody outside PartnerStack and its customers knows for certain. PartnerStack quotes every account after a demo, so the real price is whatever lands in your contract. Third-party sites commonly cite roughly $500 to $800 per month at entry and $30,000 to $100,000 per year at enterprise. We could not confirm any of those numbers with PartnerStack.

Here is where the internet's PartnerStack figures come from. Procurement-intelligence and software resale platforms (Vendr is the one most often quoted) publish ranges derived from contracts their own customers signed. Affiliate blogs copy those ranges, drop the caveat, and present them as a price list. By the third repost, an unsourced estimate reads like a published tier.

Treat every one of these as an unverified third-party estimate:

  • Roughly $500 to $800 per month at entry. Unverified.
  • Roughly $500 to $2,500 per month for SMB and mid-market programs. Unverified.
  • Roughly $30,000 to $100,000 or more per year at enterprise. Unverified.
  • A 3% to 15% commission override on partner-driven revenue, on top of the platform fee. Widely reported, unverified, and stated nowhere on PartnerStack's pricing page.

These ranges also carry sample bias: they skew toward whoever shares data with the aggregator, they age badly, and they cannot show the discount you would personally be offered. Use them to decide whether to take the call, not to build a budget.

Does PartnerStack publish its pricing?

No. As of July 2026, partnerstack.com/pricing shows three named tiers (Launch, Growth, and Enterprise) and no dollar amounts at all. The page explains that pricing is based on the size of your partner program, the features you need, and the level of support you want, and that your plan and pricing are confirmed during a demo.

Quote-only pricing is a legitimate enterprise sales motion, not a trick. Scope genuinely varies: a program with 40 affiliates and one with 4,000 resellers across nine countries are different products in practice. Payout infrastructure, tax handling, and currency coverage carry real per-account cost. Commercial terms get negotiated, and a public list price weakens the vendor's side of that negotiation.

The cost to you is a separate question. You cannot self-qualify, you cannot compare shortlisted vendors without booking two demos, and you learn about any percentage of your partner revenue late, once switching costs have crept in. That trade is fine if you know you are making it.

What partner platforms actually publish

Everything below was verified on each vendor's own pricing page in July 2026. Where a vendor publishes nothing, the cell says so plainly instead of filling in a guess.

Platform Published entry price Percentage of partner revenue Pricing model
Partnerships (us) $79/mo (Starter) None, ever. We never take a percentage. Flat published tiers: Starter $79, Growth $199, Scale $449, Enterprise talk to us.
impact.com From $30/mo (Starter) Yes: published 2.5% transaction fee, applied only to partner-driven transactions and charged only when a sale occurs. Published "priced from" tiers: Starter from $30, Essentials from $500, Pro from $2,500, Enterprise on request.
Crossbeam $0 (free tier, includes 3 full-access seats) None published. Free tier, then Connector $4,800/yr, extra seats $1,800/user/yr, Sales seats $40/user/mo on higher tiers, Supernode and Enterprise custom. Connector is contracted annually; paying monthly adds a 10% surcharge.
Kiflo $399/mo (Core, billed annually) None published. Flat rate with fixed partner tiers. Core includes 25 partners (a 50 partner tier is available). Not per-active-partner. Unlimited users and unlimited partner programs on all plans. Plus and Premier are quote only.
Partnero $49/mo (Starter, billed annually; $59 monthly) No revenue percentage. A 7% payout processing fee applies only if you use Partnero-managed payouts, and $0 if you connect your own PayPal or Wise. Flat tiers: Starter $49, Partner $159 annually ($199 monthly), Enterprise from $599/mo per their pricing FAQ. Add-on seats $29/mo per user. No per-partner, per-transaction, or revenue limits on any tier.
PartnerStack Quote only, nothing published Quote only, nothing published. (Third-party sites commonly report a 3% to 15% override. Unverified.) Launch, Growth, and Enterprise tiers with no amounts. Priced on program size, feature needs, and support level, confirmed on a demo.
Impartner Quote only, nothing published Quote only, nothing published Quote after a demo.
Partnerize Quote only, nothing published Quote only, nothing published Quote after a demo.

Does PartnerStack take a percentage of partner revenue?

PartnerStack does not say publicly, and no override appears on its pricing page. Third-party blogs and procurement sites commonly report a 3% to 15% cut of partner-driven revenue charged on top of the platform fee. We could not confirm that with PartnerStack. Ask on the call, and get the answer in writing before you sign anything.

Press on this because of the arithmetic. A percentage of partner revenue scales with the exact thing you are trying to build. As an illustration: a program driving $2,000,000 a year in partner revenue at a 5% override costs $100,000 a year, which would dwarf any plausible platform fee. Define the base, too. Gross or net of refunds? First year only, or the full life of the customer? Sourced deals only, or influenced deals as well?

The vendors who do publish a percentage are at least modelable. impact.com's 2.5% transaction fee is right there on the page, applies only to partner-driven transactions, and is charged only when a sale occurs. Partnero's 7% is a payout processing fee you avoid entirely by connecting your own PayPal or Wise. Our position is simpler: our pricing is flat and published, and we never take a percentage of your partner revenue at any tier.

Is PartnerStack worth it?

For programs running affiliates and resellers at volume that need payouts handled across many countries, it can be genuinely worth it. The two-sided marketplace, activation tooling, and payout handling are real strengths. It is a weaker fit if you recruit a small number of strategic partners, or if a predictable, published bill matters to you.

The strengths deserve specifics. The marketplace is an established network of partners already on the platform looking for programs to join, so a portion of your recruiting demand arrives inbound. Almost nobody else in the category has that. Affiliate and reseller activation is mature, and payouts sound trivial until you are reconciling 200 commission payments across currencies and tax jurisdictions.

The counterweight: the marketplace is worth much less if your partners are named agencies, SIs, and technology vendors you already know, since you are not shopping for volume. Cost opacity makes budgeting harder. And if an override sits in your contract, your most successful year is also your most expensive one.

How does PartnerStack pricing compare to other partner platforms?

You cannot compare it directly, because PartnerStack publishes nothing. What you can compare is everyone who does publish: impact.com from $30/mo, Partnero from $49/mo, us at $79/mo, Crossbeam free then $4,800/yr, Kiflo from $399/mo. PartnerStack, Impartner, and Partnerize all sit in the quote-only group.

The category splits into two camps: vendors publishing a price you can check without talking to anyone, and vendors who qualify you first. Channelscaler is quote-only as well, and note that Allbound no longer exists as a brand: it merged with Channel Mechanics and rebranded to Channelscaler in May 2025, and allbound.com now redirects there. Half the comparison posts ranking for this topic have not caught up.

Compare on total cost of ownership rather than sticker price, which is the smallest line in most of these contracts. Build a three-year model per vendor covering platform fee, seats (Crossbeam's $1,800/user/yr adds up on a growing team), per-partner metering, implementation fees, payment surcharges (Crossbeam publishes a 10% surcharge for paying monthly), and any percentage of partner revenue at your projected volume. The percentage line usually decides the winner, and nobody models it until year two. It is also worth taking a moment to audit what your SaaS stack actually costs you each month, since partner tooling rarely arrives alone and the overlap with your CRM and affiliate tracking is usually larger than expected. What is a good PartnerStack alternative?

It depends on the motion you run. For AI-assisted partner discovery and recruitment at a flat published price, look at us. For flat-rate PRM with fixed partner tiers, Kiflo. For affiliate-heavy programs on a small budget, Partnero. For affiliate at large scale with a transparent published fee, impact.com. For account mapping and ecosystem overlap, Crossbeam.

Where we fit: our AI BD agent finds ideal partner companies and ranks them by a transparent fit score with the reasons shown, drafts outreach for a human to approve (nothing is ever auto-sent), onboards the partners who say yes, and tracks referral and co-sell revenue. Starter $79, Growth $199, Scale $449, Enterprise if you need to talk. No free plan, no percentage of your partner revenue, no demo required to see the price. What to ask on the PartnerStack demo call

If PartnerStack is on your shortlist, take the demo. The product is real and the marketplace is a genuine asset. Just run the pricing conversation deliberately and get the answers in writing rather than on a slide. In order:

  1. Is there a commission override or transaction fee on partner-driven revenue? If yes: what percentage, on what base (gross or net, first year or lifetime, sourced only or influenced too), and is it capped?
  2. What exactly is metered? Active partners, seats, programs, tracked clicks, payout volume? Get the definition of "active" in writing.
  3. What does the price do as partner count grows? Ask for the number at 25, 100, and 500 partners today, not next year. If they will not put the curve in writing, that is your answer about year two.
  4. What happens at renewal? Ask for a written uplift cap. An uncapped renewal on a platform holding your partner payout rails is the strongest position a vendor can hold.
  5. Is there an implementation or onboarding fee? One time or recurring, and what is included?
  6. What is a paid add-on versus included? SSO, API access, sandbox, extra programs, and additional seats are the usual line items.
  7. How do payouts actually work? Who funds them, what the processing and FX fees are, and who handles tax forms.

Then put every quote into the same three-year model and compare totals, not monthly numbers. A published $199 with no percentage and a quoted $600 with a 5% override are not the same purchase once your channel starts producing, and the gap widens exactly as your program succeeds. That calculation belongs before the contract, not after.
